Canva Designer Needed for 25 TikTok Templates
We're looking for a creative graphic designer to produce 25 reusable TikTok templates in Canva for a wellbeing based business. **ETA: If your portfolio isn't YOUR work, please don't bother applying. I'm a web developer by trade and know a fake portfolio when I see one. Out of 16 proposals so far, the majority are fake portfolios and some even have the exact same images!** We have established branding, including our logo, colours and fonts. We also have examples of existing social media designs that capture the style, layouts and overall creative direction we're looking for. As these are other designers' work, we haven't included them publicly with the project, but please message me and I'll happily share them privately for inspiration. The 25 templates should form a cohesive collection while still having plenty of variety. They will include: 5 cover slides 2 service list slides 3 service overview slides 2 quote slides 1 practitioner profile 2 individual service feature slides 2 simple topic covers 2 review/testimonial slides 3 call-to-action slides 3 list/information slides We're looking for a contemporary, polished, warm and creative feel, with strong typography and interesting layouts. We don't want generic-looking Canva templates and would love someone who can bring their own creativity and ideas to the designs. Everything must be created in Canva and remain fully editable. We'd like to agree the creative direction based on the first 2-3 templates before the remaining designs are completed. **Please include examples of relevant Canva or social media design work with your proposal.** There is potential for further design work if we find the right person.

Siiyé is a skincare app with a friendly, community-first voice, full of personality. We want people to feel part of something: original ideas, a distinctive personality and high-quality videos that feel unmistakably Siiyé. We’re looking for a creative short-form video content creator for an ongoing retainer, delivering 6 original videos each month. The retainer can be up to £100 per month. The first month is a paid trial with a slightly smaller budget. We're very keen to have a long term partnership. What you’ll create • Develop original concepts, hooks and short scripts, then bring them to life with filming, editing and captions, ready to post. • Mix app screen recordings and walkthroughs, ingredient/routine explainers, review highlight videos, myth-vs-fact content, and edits from footage we supply. • Suggest ideas you can make remotely without relying on physical products or constant direction. We will share batch-filmed footage and brand context from time to time. • Keep the ideas unique and ensure final outputs are of excellent quality. We want to ensure quality over quantity This is fully remote, with flexible working times and no time-zone requirement. Creators can be based anywhere. Strong written and spoken English, creative initiative and reliable delivery are essential. The scope is end to end content creation: 6 original short-form videos per month including copy writing and posting. Support with account management, scheduling and community engagement are very much welcomed but not strictly within this initial scope. To apply, please include: 1. 2–3 examples of short-form videos you’ve created, explaining your contribution. 2. 3 written, original video ideas for Siiyé that reflect our friendly and unique personality and community-first voice. Briefly describe the hook and how you’d produce each remotely. We only ask for written ideas and existing work examples at application stage - no unpaid produced test videos.

Chartered Geotechnical/Civil Engineer desk-based verification
A residential development in the South East has completed its foundation piling — thirty bored piles into chalk. The planning permission requires a verification report by a suitably qualified engineer. We are looking for a signed statement, one to two pages on your own letterhead, giving your professional interpretation of the completed records on two questions: Do the integrity test results mean/demonstrate that the installed piles are sound? Do the monitoring records demonstrate that the works caused no adverse ground or structural movement? Your opinion would be based on the documents already produced, which we will provide in full: low-strain integrity test results for all thirty piles, the complete structural movement monitoring log, the original geotechnical assessment, the approved construction method statement and the piling contractor's method statement. You are entitled to rely on the factual data in those reports — the survey measurements and test results — as accurate and complete. The judgement as to what that data demonstrates is yours. Requirements: CEng or CGeol chartership with membership number, and professional indemnity insurance covering a signed statement to a planning authority.

Design and user experience matter to me, so I want crisp visuals, intuitive navigation, and reliable search and filter functions. On the technical side, please implement best-practice security, HTTPS across all pages, and clear GDPR-ready policies. SEO-friendly URLs, meta tags, and structured data should be in place from day one so the store can start ranking as soon as it goes live. Our company brochure was recently designed and is finished to a very high standard there are quite a few grammatical errors that need addressing before going to print. because of the 5000 character limit I can not put them all in this description box and the brochure is too big to send over PPH. Due to me advertising previously and getting a lot of time wasters please supply your email address when applying so I can send you the documents all our communication and payments will be on PPH here is a small list of of the errors. there are 16 pages of errors but some of them pages have an error of one spelling mistake on the page. some of the pages have no spelling mistakes but need words deleting and grammatical reading issues. which will take minutes to do. here are some examples. PAGE 1 — Cover Current Professional Cleaning for the Modern Workplace This is actually a good headline. The cover has a corporate feel rather than looking like a domestic-cleaning leaflet. I would consider changing the subtitle slightly You could make the audience clearer: Professional Cleaning for London Workplaces & Managed Properties or Professional Commercial Cleaning Across London The current phrase “Modern Workplace” makes it sound mainly like an office-cleaning brochure, whereas the brochure also targets property managers, communal developments and other sectors. This isn't essential. The existing cover is perfectly usable. PAGE 2 — Contents There is an immediate spelling mistake: “End of Tennancy Cleaning” should be: “End of Tenancy Cleaning”. I'd also change: “Why Choose us” to: “Why Choose Us” And you may want: “After the Builders Cleaning” to become the more conventional: “After Builders Cleaning” or, better for corporate clients: “Post-Construction & After Builders Cleaning” Bigger strategic change Your contents currently treats every service almost equally. If this is becoming your commercial outreach brochure, I would reorder it so the most valuable services come first: About West Clean Our Team Office & Commercial Cleaning Communal & Property Management Cleaning Healthcare Cleaning Post-Construction / After Builders Cleaning End of Tenancy Cleaning Why Choose West Clean Client Testimonials Our Experience How We Work Contact That would match the market you're trying to win. PAGE 3 — About Us The opening says: “Drawing on more than 15 years in professional cleaning services…” That's good. But later you say 25 years combined experience. That's not necessarily contradictory, but a reader could wonder which figure is correct. I'd make the distinction explicit: “West Clean has more than 15 years' trading experience, supported by over 25 years of combined industry experience across our team.” That solves the issue. Current sentence “We provide a dependable and seamless cleaning service to a diverse portfolio of clients…” Fine, although I'd tighten it. Suggested version West Clean provides dependable professional cleaning services to businesses, property managers, estate agents and organisations across London. Then: With more than 15 years' experience, we understand that commercial cleaning is about more than appearance. Reliability, communication, consistency and accountability are equally important. That's much stronger commercially. Your present copy becomes quite long and generic. Testimonial attribution You have: “- Lauren Ouno App” I'd change that to something clearer: Lauren — Finance & Operations, Ouno App assuming that is accurate and you have permission. PAGE 4 — Our Team This page is fundamentally good. It currently says: “Each member is carefully selected, fully trained, and committed to upholding the highest standards…” Good. Later: “we use only premium biodegradable cleaning products.” Be careful with “only”. If West Clean ever uses bleach, descaler, specialist chemicals, solvents, disinfectants or another non-biodegradable product when required, the statement becomes inaccurate. I'd say: “Where appropriate, we prioritise high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning products while ensuring the correct products and methods are used for each site.” More credible. I would add one commercial sentence “Our cleaning teams work to documented site specifications, with ongoing supervision and quality checks to help maintain consistent standards.” That appeals to facilities/property managers. PAGE 5 — Office & Commercial Cleaning This is one of your most important pages. The main copy says: “Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager and a trusted team of trained cleaners…” That's strong. I'd make this page even more B2B-focused. Add a small section such as: Suitable for: • Offices • Managed properties • Professional practices • Shared workspaces • Retail and commercial premises • Property-management portfolios

17 days ago50 proposalsRemoteDeveloper Wanted – UK Adult Social Care Management Platform
I’m looking for a developer to help build a web-based management platform for Registered Managers and owners of adult social care services in the UK. I have over 20 years' experience running a care business, so the concept, industry knowledge and management processes will come from me. I’m looking for someone who can turn those ideas into a simple, intuitive and commercially viable product. ### The concept This isn't intended to be another cold compliance system full of forms, warnings and dashboards. The aim is to create an intelligent **management companion** that helps a care manager run their service, stay on top of their responsibilities and become a better manager. The platform will include: * A personalised home screen showing what genuinely needs the manager's attention. * A short daily wellbeing check-in so the system considers the manager's capacity as well as their workload. * Personal to-do lists alongside automatically generated daily, weekly, monthly and annual management tasks. * Staff, recruitment, service-user and operational oversight. * CQC compliance, quality assurance, audits and improvement actions. * Policies, procedures and organisational documents. * Simple financial and business-performance oversight. * Relevant CQC, Skills for Care and wider UK care-sector updates. * An AI assistant where managers can ask questions about CQC, policies, staff issues, difficult conversations, incidents, management decisions and their own service. * AI-supported people-management guidance that encourages fair, compassionate and proportionate management rather than simply quoting policies. * Alerts, reminders and intelligent follow-up of actions. A major principle of the product is that **complexity should sit in the background**. Rather than presenting a manager with dozens of outstanding tasks, statistics and compliance warnings, the software should understand what is happening across their service, identify what genuinely needs attention and help them work through it. The system should feel less like a piece of compliance software and more like having an experienced, supportive management colleague beside you. ### Where I am now The concept is well developed and I have started designing the key screens and user experience. I'm now interested in speaking to developers about the best technical approach for creating an MVP. AI will be an important part of the product, including conversational assistance, using an organisation's own policies/documents as a knowledge source, interpreting management information and potentially bringing in relevant information from trusted external sources. I would initially like to build an MVP, test it with real care managers and then develop the platform further based on feedback. I'm open to recommendations regarding the technology/platform used. If interested, please send: * Examples of relevant software/SaaS products you've built. * Any experience with AI-powered applications. * Your suggested technical approach. * An approximate timeframe for an MVP. * An indicative cost or cost range. I'm particularly interested in finding someone who wants to understand the problem we're trying to solve and contribute ideas, rather than simply being handed a specification and writing code.

A private, physician-led clinic in London needs an experienced LinkedIn outbound specialist to book qualified discovery calls with senior professionals. You'll own prospecting (Apollo / Sales Navigator), messaging and pipeline tracking. Monthly retainer plus uncapped commission on every client who converts. Strict selection process — references and evidenced LinkedIn results are mandatory. About the client The client is a private, physician-led clinic in London. The founding doctor is GMC-registered with 30 years' experience across NHS hospital medicine and the pharmaceutical industry. The clinic runs a structured 8–12 week programme for adults with long-term conditions — pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, fatty liver, perimenopause and menopause — built on diagnostic testing, weekly medical review and direct access to the doctor throughout. Patient numbers are capped to protect the depth of care. Full details will be shared with shortlisted candidates at Stage 3. What we need The target client is a senior professional — business owner, director, partner, C-suite — who has recently had a blood result, a diagnosis or a first prescription and does not want "manage and medicate" to be the plan. They are found on LinkedIn. Responsibilities Build and maintain target lists using Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, segmented by role, age band and trigger Write and run outbound connection and messaging sequences in the clinic's tone (plain, clinical, no hype) - Pre-qualify every prospect before a call is confirmed - Maintain a pipeline tracker: touches, replies, calls booked, conversions - Report weekly on the one number that matters — qualified calls booked - Feed back what prospects are saying to inform website and content What we are looking for: Evidenced LinkedIn outbound experience. You must show us at least one campaign you personally ran on LinkedIn for a client: the target, the sequence, the reply and booking rates, and the outcome. Screenshots or a written case study with numbers. Claims without evidence are excluded. Apollo (or equivalent) prospecting experience. Describe how you've used Apollo, Sales Navigator or similar to build and enrich lists, and how you handled deliverability and LinkedIn limits. Client references. Two clients you have delivered LinkedIn outbound for in the last three years, with contact details. We will speak to them. If references cannot be provided or do not respond, you will be removed from the process. Track record in professional services, healthcare or high-ticket B2C. Selling a £5,000–£20,000 service to a senior professional is a different job from selling software. Show us you've done something comparable. Written English at native level. You'll be writing to directors and partners in the doctor's name. Every message reflects on a clinician's reputation. Generous commission structure (uncapped) paid for each converted client We will only progress applicants who meet all of the following. Applications that don't will be rejected.

Our Current Channel with it's content is https://www.youtube.com/@myhauntedproject/ - So you get a vibe for who we are, we want our episodes to take the next step This is not a traditional vlog. We want the finished content to feel like a proper paranormal documentary/investigation programme, with strong storytelling, atmosphere, tension and pacing. ? THE CONTENT Our investigations are primarily based at a 400+ year-old haunted hotel in Chester. Episodes can include: Investigation footage Interviews and conversations CCTV/evidence footage Pre-recorded commentary and narration Footage of investigators reviewing and discussing evidence Drone footage Music, sound design and graphics We'll provide the footage, relevant CCTV/evidence, commentary and the general story/direction for each episode. About Monkedia Monkedia is a performance marketing agency that helps direct-to-consumer and ecommerce brands grow through paid digital advertising, creative strategy, web development, and email marketing. We work with brands that care about revenue, not vanity metrics. Our work is measured in outcomes such as ROAS, MER, CAC, AOV, and profitable growth. About the Role This role is responsible for creating qualified sales conversations for Monkedia. You will work both cold Apollo lists and warm lists made up of prior inquiries, referrals, past conversations, event contacts, and other prospects who already have some connection to the agency. You will be the first meaningful human interaction many prospects have with Monkedia. Your job is not to pressure people into a generic agency pitch. Your job is to understand the business, identify whether there is a real fit, communicate our value clearly, and create qualified opportunities for the person responsible for closing the deal. The strongest person in this role understands the world our prospects operate in. You can speak credibly with ecommerce founders, marketing leaders, and operators about customer acquisition, paid media, creative fatigue, landing pages, tracking, offers, and the pressure to make advertising produce profitable revenue. What You Own Build and work daily prospecting workflows across Apollo cold lists and Monkedia warm lists. Research accounts and contacts before outreach so messaging is relevant to the company, category, growth stage, offer, and likely marketing challenges. Make outbound calls and conduct structured follow-up by email, SMS, LinkedIn, or other approved channels. Respond quickly and thoughtfully to warm leads, referrals, inbound inquiries, and prospects who re-engage with Monkedia. Use discovery questions to understand the prospect's business model, customer, current acquisition mix, paid-media spend, goals, constraints, and urgency. Explain Monkedia's capabilities in plain language, including paid acquisition on Meta and Google, direct-response creative, landing-page and web development, email marketing, and ecommerce growth strategy. Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and book high-quality discovery calls for the closer or strategy team. Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including activity, contact status, qualification notes, next steps, and follow-up dates. Test hooks, talk tracks, offers, and objection-handling approaches, then document what is producing conversations and what is not. Deliver a clear weekly view of activity, connection rates, qualified opportunities, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline contribution. What We Are Looking For 1+ year of experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, BDR, inside sales, or a similar prospecting role. Video Editor Needed – Ongoing CEO & Founder Interview Content We’re looking for a reliable video editor to help us turn recorded CEO and founder interviews into short-form video content, primarily for LinkedIn. This is not a complex video editing role. We’re looking for someone who can create clean, professional clips quickly and consistently, with the potential for regular ongoing work across multiple clients. What we do We interview CEOs, founders and senior business leaders using a set of pre-agreed questions. The interviews are recorded remotely and typically consist of me asking a question followed by the client giving their answer. We then want to turn the best answers into individual short-form video clips that can be posted on LinkedIn. What we need For each interview: * Review the recording and split it into individual clips based on each question/answer. * Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes or dead space. * Where I appear asking the question, either: * remove me from the finished video and introduce the question using text/a static branded screen, or * use another simple editing approach that keeps the focus on the CEO/founder. * Add clean, accurate subtitles. * Add the client’s branding/logo where appropriate. * Keep the editing professional and suitable for B2B LinkedIn content. * Export each clip ready for us to upload to LinkedIn. We’re not looking for over-produced TikTok/Reels-style editing with constant animations and effects. The content should feel professional, natural and credible. Ongoing work This first project is for the first client we’ve sold this service to. However, we’re planning to roll this out across multiple clients, so we’re ideally looking for an editor we can work with on an ongoing basis. Once we’ve established the format, each new client should follow broadly the same editing process. When applying Please provide: 1. Examples of similar interview, podcast or talking-head content you’ve edited. 2. Your price for editing one complete interview into individual clips. 3. Approximately how many finished clips that price includes. 4. Your expected turnaround time. 5. Your ongoing price if we were sending you multiple client interviews every month. We’re particularly interested in establishing a simple fixed price per client/interview rather than negotiating every individual video. Please keep your quote straightforward – we’re looking for a long-term editor rather than a one-off project.
