Product Development Specialist - Gift and Paper

We are looking for a commercial, action-oriented, practical-minded Product Development Specialist to drive product creation and range planning from our extensive database of proprietary card and gift designs. You should have experience in paper and gift creation down to the actual knowledge of printing and production.
Your primary mission will be to turn our creative assets into market-ready product collections for our e-commerce websites, as well as curate distinct product lines tailored for a service-based motivational range. Beyond building sellable product ranges, you will structure the underlying design workflows and product data so they seamlessly feed into an agentic AI network for automated product generation and e-commerce expansion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical or digital product development, e-commerce range building, creative asset management, and streamlining design-to-market pipelines.
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
Range Planning & Curation: Review our extensive design database to curate targeted, commercially viable product collections for our greeting card, gift, and motivational product offerings.
Product Concepting: Translate existing design assets into cohesive physical or digital product concepts ready for e-commerce listing and production.
Workflow & Data Structuring: Organize design asset attributes and metadata in a structured format that allows an agentic AI framework to dynamically retrieve, combine, and generate new product variations.
Pipeline Optimization: Streamline the transition from database asset to live product listing, establishing standard operating procedures for rapid range deployment.
Required Skills & Experience
Product Development: Proven experience in consumer goods, giftware, stationery, greeting cards, or print-on-demand product creation.
E-Commerce & Curation: Deep understanding of e-commerce merchandising, collection building, and visual storytelling.
Digital Asset Management: Hands-on experience organizing, mapping, and prepping creative design files for commercial use.
AI & Automation Familiarity: Understanding of structured data, automated workflows, or AI-driven content/product generation systems is highly preferred.
