The site has been independently audited across all 175 pages and a full written brief is ready to hand over on engagement. I need someone who can work through it methodically and deliver properly. The site is apple-solutions.co.uk, a commercial and residential refurbishment company based in Birmingham, UK, trading for 20 years. WHAT I NEED FROM YOU Before applying, please make sure the following applies to you. You must have a strong working knowledge of CRO and above the fold design. The primary goal of this project is not just fixing issues — it is optimising the site so it has the best possible chance of converting both organic and paid traffic into high quality leads. I need someone who thinks about conversion, not just code. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience building and developing high end WordPress websites. You must have proven experience working with UK based construction, building, or trade industry websites that actually convert. Please be ready to share relevant examples when you apply. SCOPE OF WORK — SUMMARY A full brief document will be provided on engagement. The key areas of work are as follows. Site speed — the site is currently taking over 5 seconds to load. Image audit — remove all American-style stock photos and generic images that do not represent the business. Remove all redundant images. Replace low resolution images — HD replacements supplied via Google Drive. Broken links — four blog posts contain broken links. Full broken link check across all 175 pages required. Trust signals — star rating showing 4.4 on site but 4.7 on Google. Update throughout. LocalBusiness and AggregateRating schema to be added. Tracking — Google Analytics and Google Ads tracking to be confirmed working across the full site. General clean-up — inconsistent phone number formatting, inconsistent office hours across the site, old Twitter icon, copyright line incorrect. Create a short two-character clay-style animated explainer video

### Description **Experience Level:** Intermediate I'm looking for an animator to create a short conversational film for a new software product. The film is built around two recurring characters having a conversation. I already have the complete script and visual references for both characters. **The visual style is important.** The characters have a simple, sculpted clay appearance. They are slightly abstract human figures with a tactile, moulded quality. Think simple clay character animation or stop-motion-inspired 3D rather than conventional flat cartoon characters. They do not need to match my reference images exactly, but I do want the finished characters to feel dimensional, tactile and recognisably part of the same visual world as the references. **I am not looking for a standard 2D explainer-video style, flat vector characters, paper/cut-out animation, whiteboard animation or stock/template cartoon characters.** The animation itself can be relatively simple. Most of the film is a conversation between the same two characters, so I am looking for someone who can make that interaction feel natural and engaging through: * consistent character design throughout * posture, gesture and simple facial or body expression * good dialogue timing so it is always clear who is speaking * natural reactions between the two characters * a small amount of supporting visual movement or scene changes where useful * a clean, polished overall finish The finished film will be approximately 2-3 minutes long. Meadows Drive House

Here is the autocad file. It's on a steep hill. I think the view should be kindof from the right-hand corner to showcase that main level overhang. I've changed layers on the autocad file - made "3D" layers so that it would be better bringing it into sketchup. But.... it's too much for me to do as a near-first project in sketchup. Please let me know what you think the cost would be to get to a white model stage. What I'm looking for in doing this is to make sure that nothing on it looks weird or out of proportion.
