I set up Whitegreen LTD (Reg 16730179) on 19 September 2025 and registered it for VAT, but the business never really took off—fewer than five transactions in total. All debts and liabilities are settled, and I now want to wind everything up properly. Here’s what I still need: • Prepare and submit the final statutory accounts and any accompanying CT600 so everything is squared with Companies House and HMRC.
