As of now we're looking for someone that can assist us with having a role-play phone call with us where they will act as a landlord that has a property available to be rented And on that call, I will be pitching the idea of a rent to rent business model (where we rent the property from a landlord and then re-let it out night by night on airbnb etc for a profit)... And then I will work to overcome all of the objections the landlord throws my way The reason why Im doing this is to educate people more on how to approach landlords and pitch them the idea of this business model The call itself will last for around 20 minutes tops!
