I run a property sourcing company and our current CRM / Deal match software isn't achieving what I need, I feel Hubspot with automations can be a good fit, however I do not have the time and knowledge to set it up to ensure it saves us time and does everything it can. I need it to store all of our investor clients, developer client, partners, property sellers and list properties for sale and when we add new properties to the CRM I need it to match with relevant investors etc sharing a summary info document. I need it to automatically set up a follow up email if we have not had a reply and be linked to the email addresses for the three members of my team, so we can see everything and keep track. If an investor is interested in a site, I need a workflow to manage the process from interested to completion/exit. I would also like it to automatically create a template for an investors pack and have an option to send out bulk emails to segmented groups of investors, partners and property sellers. The more that can be completed automatically the better. We have a current database, which will need to be transferred to this new one also.
