Reinstate struck off company

Summary I am seeking a Singapore-qualified counsel to assist with the restoration of a Singapore-incorporated company (Pte Ltd) that was struck off by ACRA on 8 July 2024. The restoration is required for procedural purposes only in connection with ongoing foreign court proceedings. The company needs to be restored so that it can be properly referenced in those proceedings and to remove the procedural obstacle caused by the striking off. Key points: • Company struck off: 8 July 2024 (within 6-year restoration period) • Restoration required via Singapore High Court (Section 344 Companies Act 1967) • Applicant is an interested party affected by the striking off • Purpose is procedural (no enforcement of monetary claims in Singapore) • No intention to pursue fraud claims or director liability at this stage Scope of work: • Advise on restoration strategy • Prepare and file High Court restoration application • Handle necessary affidavits and supporting documents • Liaise with ACRA for reinstatement after court order Please include in your proposal: • Your experience with similar restoration applications • Estimated cost and timeline • Any initial requirements or documents needed

We are seeking a GMC-registered UK doctor (GP preferred) to clinically review and co-author approximately five Patient Group Directions (PGDs). The PGDs relate to common private pharmacy services including: Weight management Erectile dysfunction Hair loss Uncomplicated UTI treatment Malaria prophylaxis A UK GPhC-registered pharmacist will prepare the draft PGDs. Your role will be to review the clinical content, ensure compliance with current NICE and MHRA guidance, provide oversight on safety criteria, and act as clinical co-author and signatory in accordance with UK PGD requirements.
