Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am seeking professional research and analytical support for a 3,000-word strategic analysis report based on a case study of an international company.
The selection of the company to be used for the case study will be discussed and agreed directly with the researcher once the project begins.
Research Focus:
The report addresses the following core questions:
1-What are the key strategic issues the company is facing?
2-What strategies should be recommended to address these issues?
Scope of work:
1- Strategic Analyses
you are required to identify key strategic issues by effectively applying relevant theories, tools, and concepts (TTCs).
2- Justification of Key Strategic Issues
After identifying the key strategic issues, students must provide a robust justification for why these issues are significant. The reportshould clearly indicate whether these issues are short-term or long-term in nature.
3- Justification of Strategic Recommendations
In this section, you should propose strategic recommendations that address the key issues identified in the previous sections. at least two recommendations: one short-term and one long-term. These recommendations should be thoroughly justified using the suitability, acceptability, and feasibility criteria.
Research Framework:
Discussing and analyzing the chosen case study should be through the following themes and theories:
• Market Based Views
• Resource Based Views
• Organizational Based Views
• Corporate Based Views
• International Based Views
General rules & Guidance:
• Use subheadings, charts, graphs, and other relevant data to enhance clarity and organization.
• Reports should be typed in 12 font and with one and a-half line spacing
• The total word count is 3000 including Executive Summary (~200 words), main body (~2600 words), and conclusion (~200 words), excluding references, appendices, charts, diagrams, etc.
• All data and information used in the report should be sourced from credible and verifiable references Using Harvard style by Providing in-text citations and a complete reference list.
Appendices:
The appendices should be used to support the main analysis, particularly by including relevant TTCs that help identify and justify the key strategic issues. While key points should be presented in the main body, details and additional analysis can be placed in the appendix section.
Academic Ethical Requirements:
- Must be 100% original work.
- Must pass Turnitin plagiarism checks.
- Must be safe against AI-detection
- Sources must be credible and verifiable
- UK academic tone and referencing required
