Specialist Recruitment Consultant – Children’s Residential Care
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to proactively source, engage, and secure high-quality professionals for two new children’s homes. This includes Registered Managers, Responsible Individuals, and Deputy Managers.
The role will focus on proactive headhunting and sourcing, using discreet and professional outreach methods such as LinkedIn, established networks, and referrals.
Fees for successful placements (paid in two equal instalments: on appointment and after 12 weeks):
• Registered Manager (RM): £2,000 – £3,000
• Responsible Individual (RI): £1,500 – £2,500
• Deputy Registered Manager: £750 – £1,250
• Senior Residential Staff: £300 – £600
• Residential Support Worker: £150 – £300
This is an immediate project, with competitive fees, and long-term potential as the organisation grows.
