Good afternoon, I run a company from Jersey, Channel Islands. Most of our clients are UK based and unfortunately, Royal Mail have stopped airmail and post via ship is taking anything from 5-7 days which is unacceptable. I currently have somebody assisting in UK but they aren't able to fulfil obligations of adhoc work on a long-term basis, which it would be. We would require you to: >Receive the documents and print them. >Counter-sign (not liable) the cover letter and date and sign the statement of truth and emboss/stamp it. > Collate each job with a paper clip. >Put in a labelled envelope and seal - Lebel template provided with address(s) >Drop at the post office and pay for postage. Documents contain a cover letter and statement of truth, along with 2 translated documents generally. Sometimes larger jobs may consist of 5-10 pages but these are few and far between. The typical 2 page (translation) jobs should take no more than 10 mins in theory and will be days when there aren't any requirements at all. All stationary will be provided and shipped directly to you. Basic MS Word and PDF use will be required, although printing only and would need the use of a pc or laptop. I can either provide ink if you already have a printer (A4 Colour and Black) or a printer itself, shipped directly to you. You will not be expected to work Saturdays or Sundays but would expect this to be a long-term position. You will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement as you will be printing sensitive documentation including birth, marriage, death certs and the like.
