I require some one to visit a property in (Holt, Norfolk, NR25 6HG) to measure up and provide plans for replacement windows in an exisitng building. This is to support an applicaiotn for Listerd Building Consent so will need to provide the following: 1:50 or 1:100 existing and proposed floor plans 1:50 or 1:100 Elevations: Showing the existing and proposed arrangement across the three building elevations, identifying the exact location of the affected windows. 1:20 Elevations: Showing detailed views of individual existing and proposed windows for direct comparison. 1:5 or 1:10 Cross-Sections: Vertical and horizontal cross-sections detailing how the new window unit sits within the masonry reveal, cill details, and head/sash box junctions.

Product Design Engineer Needed – Small Flexible Consumer Product / CAD & Prototype I’m looking for an experienced product design/mechanical engineer to help develop a small flexible consumer product from an existing concept into an initial functional prototype. The product is a small, preferably one-piece flexible component containing very fine, soft internal features. It also incorporates a flexible split/opening which needs to open temporarily and reliably return to its original shape without permanent deformation. I’m looking for someone who has experience with: • Physical consumer product development • Flexible materials such as TPE, TPU and/or silicone • Small, fine flexible features • CAD for manufacture • Injection-moulded product design / DFM • Functional prototyping and design iteration This is not simply a CAD tracing/rendering job. I need someone who can help develop the geometry, material choice and functionality and advise how the design can eventually be manufactured at very low unit cost. I already have concept visuals and a clear functional brief, but these will only be shared privately after confidentiality has been agreed. Initial budget: £200–£300. This budget is for the first development stage only — feasibility/design development, initial CAD and ideally a functional prototype or prototype-ready design. Further development may follow if the concept performs successfully. Please include examples of any relevant work involving flexible moulded products, TPE/TPU/silicone, fine flexible features or injection-moulded consumer products. Please also confirm: • whether you’re happy to work under an NDA/confidentiality agreement; • what you could deliver within £200–£300; • whether STEP/STL/source CAD files would be supplied to me; • whether you have experience designing for injection moulding.

THIS IS A SHORT, URGENT DRAFTING TASK — NOT A CONSULTING OR PERMITTING ROLE. I am the architect; the design is already finished and must not be changed without my authorization. I am looking for an experienced UK architectural technician/technologist to develop my existing architectural/planning drawings into a sufficiently detailed construction/tender drawing package to allow builders to accurately price the proposed works. The project already has a full set of architectural drawings prepared for planning, together with a proposed structural scheme covering the roof and supporting beams. At this stage, the primary purpose of the additional drawings is **builder tendering and accurate costing**. Planning permission has not yet been granted, so I do not currently want to incur the cost of a fully developed architectural construction package where detail is not necessary for pricing. I would like the existing drawings developed to show sufficient construction information for builders to understand and price the works with minimal assumptions. Our current CAD designer will be changing career soon so we are looking for someone reliable who can step in and produce CAD designs to the standard shown in the attached images. You must have specific experience designing jewellery for manufacture, not simply general 3D modelling experience. Our work includes: * Engagement and wedding rings * Diamond and gemstone rings * Remodelling customers’ existing jewellery * Pendants, name pieces and personalised jewellery * Men’s rings and signet rings * Bespoke one-off pieces We will normally provide photographs, sketches, stone measurements and a description of what we need.
