Urgent Revit Drafting: Finished Floor Plan to Revit (Weekend)

THIS IS A SHORT, URGENT DRAFTING TASK — NOT A CONSULTING OR PERMITTING ROLE. I am the architect; the design is already finished and must not be changed without my authorization.

TIMELINE (STRICT): I will send the finished floor plan today (Friday). Work happens Friday-Saturday-Sunday. I need the completed Revit file delivered by Monday. Only apply if you can start immediately and guarantee this deadline.

DELIVERABLES (one .RVT file): ground floor plan, upper floor plan, 2 building sections, 2 exterior elevations, roof plan. All elements must be real Revit objects (walls, doors, windows, roof) with correct wall types, door/window families, rooms, tags, dimensions and basic annotations, in feet/inches (Imperial units), U.S. residential standard.

WHAT YOU WILL NOT DO: redesign or alter the layout/dimensions/rooms/concept; zoning, code review or permitting (handled separately by another professional); sign or stamp anything. This is not a rendering job.

REQUIRED: strong hands-on Revit skills, experience with U.S. residential projects, familiarity with U.S. documentation standards, speed and reliability, clean file organization, ability to follow the provided design exactly, good communication, immediate weekend availability. Florida/Orlando experience is a plus but not required.

Budget is fixed at $250 for the full deliverable list above. Please confirm in your proposal that scope and budget work for you before applying.
