We produce a lot of reports. I would like a cost for producing the first full proof in InDesign of a report similar to the attached sample. You will recieve a word file to work from and an InDesign templates with Parent pages and style sheets included. You will be expected to produce a full proof, styled consistenty and accuratley. All footnotes implemented and interactive links working. We will laso advise on the correct use of hyphens and EN dashes that will need to be implemented. You will not be required to add in photographs, just use placehoolder boxes. You will need to create style charts, from the content supplied.
