3D Site Plan Rendering & Architectural Visualization

I am looking for an experienced 3D architectural visualization artist to create a high-quality, professional 3D site plan rendering for a real estate development project. I have an existing engineer-prepared site plan/concept plan showing three proposed buildings. I would like this plan transformed into a visually impressive 3D rendering that can be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Project Scope The rendering should accurately depict: The three proposed buildings shown on the engineer's site plan The overall site layout and positioning of the buildings The natural topography of the property Existing/natural rock formations The wetland area Surrounding vegetation, trees and natural landscape The surrounding neighbourhood and nearby properties/buildings Roads, access points, parking and other relevant site features shown on the plan Appropriate landscaping and environmental elements to make the site feel realistic and integrated into its surroundings I can provide the engineer's site plan/concept drawings as the primary reference material. I can also provide a sample/reference rendering showing approximately how I would like the three buildings to look. The sample is intended as a reference rather than something that needs to be copied exactly. Creative Input I am specifically looking for someone who can bring their own creativity and professional judgment to the project. I don't want a basic technical 3D model. The final product should look like a high-end real estate development rendering that can be used to showcase the project to potential purchasers, investors, municipalities and the general public. The freelancer should be able to determine the appropriate: Camera angle/perspective Landscaping and vegetation Materials and textures Lighting and shadows Representation of the surrounding neighbourhood Treatment of the rock and wetland features Overall composition and visual presentation The rendering should feel realistic, polished and professionally designed, while still accurately representing the proposed development. Aluminium pallet engineering design

i am looking for a design of a pallet framework that can be made out of box section aluminium, machines with a simple slot together design. the idea that this is used as a pallet in our factory. we will ship sheets of material to our customers. they will use the sheets and then when the pallet i empty they can simply dissasseble it and interlock it and strap it or tape it up and put a prepaid label on it for a courier to collect it and bring it back to us for re-use. i need a design that i can send to an aluminium machinist . the pallet frame needs to be able to safely hold a weight of 2ton so advice on thickness of aluminium is needed too .

We are a small interior design studio based in North London. We're currently looking for a talented freelance 3D senior interior designer to help with modelling and producing high-quality interior visuals for residential projects. Can sketch my ideas & physically build a rough test model

I am looking for someone who can do two things: 1.⁠ ⁠Listen to my product idea and sketch it out clearly. 2.⁠ ⁠Physically build a rough basic model of it, using simple materials if possible. I do not want CAD files, 3D renders, digital images, UX design, branding, or a polished prototype. I need someone who can actually make a simple physical version so I can see whether the idea works in real life. The model does not need to look beautiful. It does not need to be factory-ready. It can be rough, basic, handmade, and made from wood, plastic, card, foam board, 3D printed parts, brackets, hinges, magnets, or whatever simple materials make sense. The important thing is that you can think practically, sketch the idea, and then build a physical proof-of-concept model yourself. I am based in London and would prefer someone I can meet in person first, but I am open to discussing options. I would prefer someone based in London and or near London. I know some designers are like "any designer who is worthwhile makes cad drawings and renders". Back 200 years ago, there were no computers, yet people made things, inventions were still created. I need an 'old school' mindset because I just purely want a person who can and does make things in their home. Any digital work should be kept to the minimum in what is genuinely needed to create the physical prototype accurately. The work I am commissioning and paying for is the physical rough prototype, not a beautiful computer render. Also as I said I am not looking for perfection I am looking for a rough physical model that won't win any awards on beauty.
