Vectorworks CAD Technician — Victorian House Refurb

We are a London architectural practice looking for an experienced Vectorworks technician to produce a GA package for a residential refurbishment of a Victorian terraced house in London. Modest in scale but detailed, and we need it done properly. We have full survey information in hand with all plans, sections and all internal room elevations as existing and external elevations. The task is to quickly translate sketch plans to GA plans followed by working up internal elevations. Scope of work Stage 1 — First pass GA set (2 day / 10 hours max) Plans, sections and elevations at appropriate scales Set up in our template with our layers, classes and sheet layers Using our CAD blocks and furniture elements throughout — no substitutions Stage 2 — Internal elevations to follow GA set Full set of internal elevations across the refurbished areas Working through a series of markups and amendments issued by us, with quick turnaround on each round What we need from you Strong, demonstrable Vectorworks experience (not AutoCAD converts) — comfortable with classes, sheet layers, viewports and title blocks Accurate, disciplined drafting — our standards are tight and consistency matters more than speed alone UK residential experience, ideally with period property refurbishment Availability to start Monday and to sustain a fast pace through the amendment rounds Responsive on WhatsApp/email during working hours Rate and terms Happy to pay well for fast, accurate work. Chimney breast removal and loft staircase opening support

We are converting our loft into a habitable room and the new dormer is almost ready now. However we've reconsidered the original place of the new loft staircase and now we need the front chimney breast disconnected at the loft level (to be removed) and the remaining chimney stack above - supported; as well as calculations and drawing of a new loft staircase opening which will be in the place of the removed chimney. Architectural Design for 3-Apartment Building

Greetings The work is to design a small apartment building intended to be rented to upper middle class tenants. The building will have only 3 apartments, one apartment in each floor. Each apartment will have its own separate entrance from the street, and separate garage doors (from the street). Required Deliverables & Timeline: - Three 2D Floor Plans (one for each floor) IN FINAL FORM AFTER INCORPORATING ALL MY COMMENTS ... within 10 calendar days after project award. - Five 2D Elevation Drawings (one for each of the four building sides without front fence and one including front fence) IN FINAL FORM AFTER INCORPORATING ALL MY COMMENTS ... within 14 calendar days after project award - Four 3D Renderings covering all sides of the house including front fence IN FINAL FORM AFTER INCORPORATING ALL MY COMMENTS ... within 18 calendar days after project award All 2D drawings shall include detailed measurements for each angle and spaces. All final 2D Drawings shall be submitted in both DWG and PDF files. The land is 20m x 16m. 20m on the street side (North side) and 20m on the back side (neighbor) 16 meters depth (West and East sides - neighbor on each side) The land is a perfect rectangle. The lot is facing North (street side). The street width is 10m only The requirement is for three apartment units, one occupying the Ground Level, one occupying the First Floor, and the upper one occupying 70% of the 1st level rooftop. The rest of the upper level apartment shall be a rooftop garden. The garages for the ground level and first floor apartments will each have 2 parking spaces, each with separate garage doors and with walls separating the garages for each apartment from the other. The garage dedicated for the roof top apartment will have only one parking space. The required height for stair steps is 12cm (not more). The net height for the Ground Floor from above floor concrete slab to beneath ceiling concrete slab shall be 370cm. The perimeter fence with the neighbors and towards the street shall be 20cm thick. The thickness of the building's exterior walls shall be 35cm (to account for heat insulation). The thickness of internal walls separating the rooms from each other shall be 15cm. The height of the front fence (street side) shall be 350cm from above street level. I am providing a rough sketch for the floor plan for the ground floor in the following photo. The selected freelancer needs to follow this general layout for the ground floor, propose improvements, and then detail it out. After finalizing the ground floor with all measurements to scale, the selected freelancer will then move on to propose the rough layout of the first floor apartment. Upon my acceptance, the freelancer will move to detailing it out, and then similarly move on to the rooftop apartment. It is possible, that the freelancer might need to return back and suggest modifications to the floor plans to optimize the design for each apartment.
