Architectural Technician Required to update dwg

I require an experienced architectural technician or architect to update and coordinate drawings for an existing Amendment to Building Warrant for a nearly completed two-storey house in Edinburgh.
The existing architectural drawings are available in PDF and DWG format. The principal revisions include:
• Remove all FD30/fire-door references, as Building Standards have confirmed that a protected enclosure and fire doors are not required.
• Revise the ground-floor shower-room layout to match the as-built arrangement and place for future use on it
• Check all internal door positions and opening directions.
• Check the boiler cupboard, first-floor bathroom, landing, under-stairs access and loft hatch.
• Confirm the kitchen layout and window.
• Check the soil vent, entrance platform, accessible route and external thresholds.
• Check the as-built drainage, manholes and rodding eyes against the available information.
• Ensure consistency with the updated structural drawings, SER and final SAP/PV requirements – most of this I have done so juts needs a quick check
• Carry out a general coordination check so the drawings accurately reflect the completed building – its only the layout dwg mainly which needs changing
The revised drawings must be suitable for submission to the City of Edinburgh Council through the Scottish eBuilding Standards system.

2. Whether you can edit the existing drawings or need to redraw them.

5. Your expected turnaround time ideally I need them fully updated by 18th Sep 2026
I do have a list of items agreed with building control so mainly requires Autocad skills. Ideally you understand Scottish building standards
