Project Title Designer Required for 72 sqm Permanent Showroom.

We are looking for an experienced exhibition/showroom stand designer to develop a clean, warm and professional design for our 72 sqm permanent mart at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, India.

We are a home décor, tabletop and accessories company with a fairly large product range, so the design needs to balance good aesthetics with practical product-display capacity.

The concept does not need to be overly complicated or extravagant. We are looking for something simple, sophisticated, warm and commercially practical, with particular attention to lighting and product presentation.

Key requirements:

* Approx. 72 sqm space
* Warm, premium lighting that highlights the products properly
* Two rows of display shelves, with sufficient vertical spacing for larger products
* Well-designed podiums/plinths in different sizes/heights for feature products
* Wooden flooring
* A sophisticated and warm colour/material palette
* Clean and contemporary overall architecture
* Good circulation and adequate display capacity
* Products should remain the main visual focus rather than the stand architecture
* Design should be practical and reasonably economical to execute as this is a permanent showroom/mart
* Some concealed storage would be useful if space permits

We are particularly interested in designers who understand trade-show stands, permanent showrooms, retail displays or premium product presentation.

Deliverables

We would require:

* Initial concept / mood board
* Space planning
* 3D rendered views
* Final design with dimensions
* Basic material/finish specifications
* Drawings sufficiently detailed for our local contractor to execute the design
