Interior Designer needed - full design package with CGI renders

We're a property group managing serviced accommodation, STR, and boutique hospitality projects across the UK. We need an interior designer who can take a property from empty shell to a fully specified, investor/guest-ready design package.

This is not a mood-board job. Every room needs:

Layout plans - furniture placement, room flow, dimensions
Elevation / technical views - SketchUp-style front-on views per wall, showing cabinetry, fixtures, proportions
Material and finish specification - paint codes, flooring, worktops, hardware, clearly labelled
Photorealistic CGI renders - final look, lit and styled, one per key view


We'll share a completed example (a 5-bed property in Stirling) so you can see exactly the standard and format expected. Your quote should be based on matching that.

Scope per project:

Typically 4–6 rooms per property (kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms)
Full set of the above for each room
Delivered as a clean PDF/deck, room-by-room, same structure as our reference example
You must be able to create floorplans and 3d floorplans from hand drawn floorplan / sizes

We need from you:

A portfolio showing real CGI render work not renders lifted from stock/AI generators, actual project output
Ability to work from a floor plan / rough brief without heavy hand-holding
Fast turnaround, this is the first of an ongoing pipeline of properties, not a one-off
Comfortable working to a brand palette and finish standard we set, not designing from scratch each time

How to apply:
Send your portfolio (CGI examples specifically) and a rate either per room or per property. If your previous work matches the standard we need, this becomes repeat work across multiple properties.
