Basement bedroom egress window design

I am in need of a professional engineer drawings for a permit submission to construct a new basement egress window and document an existing window well. I have have uploaded the specifications for the chosen window. I would like a proposal for creating the engineering drawing to cut a new window into the exposed basement wall, details of wall improvements if needed, document drawing to create an as-built drawing for the existing egress window, and verification that the selected window specification will meet code compliance for a basement window egress window. Project location is Laytonsville Maryland, so engineer would need to have a Maryland license.
