55-Page A5 Pocket Manual

This project is to transform my drafted content into a compact, 55-page A5 pocket reference manual that follows the brand style guide I’ll provide. The finished piece must read crisply in print yet stay light enough for on-the-go use, so every spread needs a balanced mix of text, tables, charts, and supporting illustrations or images. Scope of work • Lay out approximately 55 interior pages plus front and back covers. • Apply the colours, typography and spacing rules in the supplied brand guide without deviation. • Integrate the content I send (Word files, spreadsheets and image assets) into a clear hierarchy—headings, body copy, call-outs, numbered tables, and explanatory diagrams. • Create or refine simple icons or infographics when data needs extra clarity. • Prepare a press-ready PDF (CMYK, 3 mm bleed) and deliver the editable source package—Adobe InDesign preferred, but Affinity Publisher is fine if that’s your workflow. Acceptance criteria • Final trim size: 148 × 210 mm (A5) with safe margins intact. • All images 300 dpi minimum, colour-managed. • Stylesheets set up for headings, subheads, body, captions and table elements so future updates remain painless. • Two revision cycles included to tighten layout and branding details before sign-off. Timeline can be discussed once you review the material, but I’m aiming for first proofs within a week of project start and final files shortly after revisions are cleared.

Create Print-Ready PSD Cover Template (Front/Spine/Back)

Summary We do NOT need cover design. We will create the design ourselves. We only need a correct, print-ready PSD template for a children’s book cover spread, with very clear guides/grids for: Front cover Spine (with left & right edges clearly marked) Back cover Trim line / safe area / bleed clearly labeled Book specs: Interior trim size: 210 × 260 mm Interior with bleed: 213 × 266 mm (3 mm bleed each side) We need full cover spread size template to send to the factory printing company. Spine width (current spec from printer): 2.55 mm (needs to be set accurately in the template). This I wrong that we got from them. Trim lines: blue / Bleed: red / Spine: green (centerline) (from printer template) Template requirements (must-have): PSD at 300 DPI, CMYK, correct overall dimensions. Guides/layers clearly named: BLEED / TRIM / SAFE / SPINE CENTER / SPINE LEFT EDGE / SPINE RIGHT EDGE. Spine area must be 100% unambiguous: show the exact spine width and boundaries so we know where text can go. Provide a safe text area on the spine (recommended margin inside spine edges). Deliver PSD Deliverables: 1× PSD template (layered, organized, labeled) Please include in your proposal: Confirmation you have experience with book cover prepress/templates (bleed/trim/spine) Which Adobe software you’ll use and how you ensure accuracy Also that you read the whole description and confirm you understand everything.

Microsoft Word Template – Editable Heat Map Framework

Project Description I need an existing Microsoft Word document converted into a reusable, editable template for professional services work. This is not graphic design and not PowerPoint. The document includes specific names and audience references that must be removed or generalised, while keeping the structure and logic intact. Two Heat Map frameworks must be created natively in Microsoft Word using tables or text boxes. They must be fully editable, stable when text is added, and suitable for printing and PDF export. These must not be static images. They are within the word document uploaded. Strong experience with Microsoft Word templating and layouts is essential. Branding or illustration skills are not required. Success is measured by usability and editability, not visual creativity. Feel free to ask questions.

Couple's branding

When we get married, we are changing our names and want to create a personal logo / emblem / image that we will use on some of the wedding stationary, but also something we will use for the next 60 years... We are using Gemini (because everything starts with AI these days...) to give us ideas and help us choose what we want. Once we select a core design, we would like a professional designer to create the final set of stock files we can use in future (e.g on letterheads and anything else we think of) I have used the "per hour" budget type because I honestly have no idea what is a fair expectation for hourly rate or likely number of hours. Web page graphic design gig

My client got stuck with an unfinished gig for this 3 page site, wheatsheafbrands.com, and, with a budget of $120, I am trying to get 2 pages cleaned up. The issues are primarily with 2 pages, Contact and Regulatory filings. She is quite happy with the colour palette but scale is the problem, The verbiage is overscaled and everything shouts while the voice of the site speaks in whispers, elegant and sophisticated. In terms of scale, look at the corporate name in a hierarchy yet, the text below it, large. Question of aesthetics really. And that is also true for the boxes with text. Any interest?
