Logo artwork vector reconstruction

I need a designer who can take the PNG attached and manually rebuild our SB monogram and surrounding modular geometry and in the process to correct minor inconsistencies in curves, spacing and corner radii while retaining the asymmetric character, and then create a complete master logo system comprising an official premium dimensional version and a flat-production version.

The premium master must faithfully recreate the metallic gold, dimensional teal, highlights, bevels and controlled shadows.

Both versions must share identical geometry and proportions.

Must not be auto-traced.
