Long-Term Thumbnail Designer For Fragrance Youtube Channels

Hi, I am a professional YouTube Video Editor managing post-production for major creators with 300k+ and 600k+ subscribers in the fragrance and luxury lifestyle niche.

I am looking for a reliable, long-term Thumbnail Designer to create high-CTR thumbnails. We operate on a 3-way A/B testing model (YouTube's Test & Compare feature), meaning we need 3 visually and conceptually distinct variations for every single video.

What we need:
- Niche: Fragrance, fashion, luxury lifestyle. We need a clean, premium, high-end aesthetic (NOT gaming, NOT over-edited neon styles).
- Volume: ~10 videos per month (~30 thumbnails in total) - can be more
- Process: I will provide the raw screenshots/assets and the 3 conceptual directions. You will deliver 3 high-res JPEG variations.
- Budget: $15 per individual thumbnail ($45 per video set of 3) but give me your price you expect for one thumbnail.
