Not UK based as advertised and I believe Hannah is based in Nigeria as one the logins came up with this location. Work was not done correctly and had to be rectified.

I’d like to clarify the point regarding location in more detail. I am not based in Nigeria. The login you’re referring to can sometimes appear from a different geographic location due to how internet connections are routed. Factors such as VPNs, secure networks, cloud-based access, or even certain service providers can cause IP addresses to display a different country than the user’s actual location. This is a known technical behaviour and does not reflect the physical location of the person accessing the account.

At the time, I made you aware of the login and ensured that everything was secure before proceeding further, so there was full transparency throughout.

Regarding the work, I followed your instructions carefully, reviewed and removed duplicate entries in line with your criteria, and completed the reconciliation based on the available bank statements. Where there were changes or clarifications needed, I adapted accordingly and worked through each point to completion.
