Creation of an excel file

I need to create an Excel file from scratch that provides a comprehensive overview of my customers' software landscape. The goal is to capture key information such as the number of licenses, licensed modules, software version, hosting model, and any other relevant details in a structured way.
The workbook should include a main dashboard with one summary view per customer, allowing me to quickly understand each customer's current setup and easily identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on their existing environment.
For example:
Client X
PLM Version: 7.5
Module A: Yes
Module B: Yes
Module C: No
PLM Licenses: 200
Hosted Customer: No

Other relevant information: ...

The file should be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for daily use. It will serve as my primary reference document, which I expect to review every day, and it should also provide my management with a clear and efficient way to monitor customer status, opportunities, and follow-up actions.
