Graphic designer to create print-ready bakery window signage

Graphic designer needed to create print-ready bakery window signage

I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to professionally recreate an approved window-signage concept for an independent bakery.

The attached image is a visual mock-up only. I do not need another AI mock-up or a new branding concept. I need the design carefully rebuilt as accurate, high-quality vector artwork that can be supplied directly to a commercial signwriter for printing and installation.

The storefront includes:

One narrow vertical window panel

One glass entrance door

One wide central window panel

One large solid-colour window panel

The design uses flowing, organic colour shapes and elegant hand-drawn bakery illustrations, including a cake slice, cinnamon scroll and doughnut. The drawings should feel whimsical and fun but still refined and elegant—not childish, cartoonish or like stock icons.

The continuous line artwork needs to flow naturally between the window panels while accounting for the frames and gaps between each piece of glass.

Brand colours

Burgundy: #72214D

Peach/coral: #FE7968

Sage: #A5C6B2

Warm cream: #FFF6EF

I will provide:

The approved visual mock-up

The original logo file

Exact measurements for each window panel

The printer/signwriter’s technical specifications

Final approved wording

Photographs of the actual storefront

Required deliverables

Fully editable vector artwork created in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent

Separate, correctly sized artwork for every window and door panel

One overall elevation showing how the complete design aligns

Print-ready CMYK PDF files at the signwriter’s required scale

Original editable AI or EPS files

All fonts converted to outlines in the final print files

Linked or embedded artwork and high-resolution assets

Correct bleed, trim and safe areas

Clearly labelled files for each individual panel

Brand colour references included

A simple installation/layout guide for the signwriter

Two rounds of reasonable revisions

The supplied logo must be used accurately and should not be redrawn, distorted or replaced.

Please only apply if you have experience preparing large-format window graphics, environmental signage or print-ready vinyl artwork. Please include relevant examples showing both the design and final installed signage.

Please confirm that all final source files and usage rights will belong to me once the project is paid for.
