Open-Air Shopping 3D seeks an experienced Architect or Civil Engineer to perform an initial technical assignment for Boulevard Mall, an open‑air retail development in Ratones, Florianópolis, Brazil, for a US client with Jacobs as contractor. Deliverables: site review, documentation analysis, zoning, access and infrastructure assessment, risk identification, preliminary feasibility, technical recommendations and concise report. Experience in commercial/retail projects, feasibility studies and Brazilian regulations required. Submit background, specialization, years of experience, registration (CREA/CAU), relevant portfolio, immediate availability, proposed delivery time and fixed‑price proposal. This engagement may extend into subsequent design and licensing phases.
