CAD Drafter Needed: Trace & Mirror Architectural PDF to DWG

I am looking for an experienced CAD technician to convert an existing architectural PDF into a fully organized DWG file. The reference document you will be working from is named "9 Stoneycroft Rd, Woodford, Woodford Green IG8 8ED All.pdf". Key Requirements:Trace the PDF: Accurately draft the existing floor plans, elevations, sections, and roof plans provided in the reference file. Mirror the Drawings: I am working on number 3, which is on the same side of the road, so the traced DWG must be mirrored to correctly reflect my site's orientation. Layer Organization: All linework must be placed onto correct, professionally organized CAD layers (e.g., existing walls, windows, doors, boundaries).Extension Prep: The final existing base drawings must be clean and ready for me to immediately drop in a proposed 6m rear extension off the original part of the house.
