construction/tender drawing package for builders to price from

I am looking for an experienced UK architectural technician/technologist to develop my existing architectural/planning drawings into a sufficiently detailed construction/tender drawing package to allow builders to accurately price the proposed works.

The project already has a full set of architectural drawings prepared for planning, together with a proposed structural scheme covering the roof and supporting beams.

At this stage, the primary purpose of the additional drawings is **builder tendering and accurate costing**. Planning permission has not yet been granted, so I do not currently want to incur the cost of a fully developed architectural construction package where detail is not necessary for pricing.

I would like the existing drawings developed to show sufficient construction information for builders to understand and price the works with minimal assumptions. This should include, where relevant:

- Fully dimensioned plans
- Key construction sections
- Roof construction and build-ups
- External and internal wall build-ups
- Ground/intermediate floor build-ups
- Foundation assumptions/details where required for costing
- Beam and structural support locations based on the structural information provided
- Openings, lintels and structural interfaces
- Insulation/build-up specifications
- Key eaves, ridge and roof/wall junction details
- Relevant drainage information
- Key Building Regulations/construction notes
- Any other details that would materially affect a builder's ability to accurately price the works

The successful freelancer will be provided with the existing architect's drawings and structural information.

Please quote a **fixed price** rather than an hourly rate.

1. What drawings/details you propose to produce.
2. Your fixed fee.
3. Number of revisions included.
4. Turnaround time.
5. Whether editable DWG/Revit files as well as PDFs will be provided.

UK residential construction and Building Regulations experience is essential.
