Develop our internal tool for job tracking

We are looking for an experienced developer to build and improve an internal job tracking and management tool for our team.

The system will be used to organize job opportunities, track applications, manage application statuses, and help our team efficiently monitor the entire job application process.

Key Responsibilities
Develop a responsive and user-friendly internal web application.
Create tables for managing and tracking job opportunities and applications.
Implement pagination, search, sorting, and advanced filtering.
Add job categories and customizable application statuses.
Save filters and user preferences using browser cache/local storage.
Support CSV and PDF export of job/application data.
Allow users to upload screenshots or other proof related to submitted applications.
Build dashboards or summaries showing application progress and status.
Develop and integrate backend APIs as required.
Design and maintain the database structure.
Troubleshoot bugs and improve existing functionality.
Ensure the application is secure, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Preferred Skills
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Backend development experience with Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
REST API development and integration.
Experience building internal dashboards, admin panels, or workflow management systems.
Git/GitHub experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Project Goal

The goal is to create a centralized internal system that allows our team to efficiently manage job opportunities, track each application from initial discovery through completion, maintain supporting information, and easily review the overall progress of our job application activities.

We are looking for someone who can understand the existing workflow, recommend improvements, and develop a clean and reliable solution that can be expanded with additional features in the future.
