I already have an established warm audience in the book's target market, and I want to use that audience strategically during launch to give the book the strongest legitimate opportunity of achieving a high Amazon ranking, ideally reaching #1 in an appropriate and relevant Amazon category. I would also like advice on the best timing and structure for the launch, including Kindle versus paperback, pre-launch activity, reviews, Amazon Author Central and anything else you believe would materially improve the book's launch and long-term discoverability.
