I run a market entry intelligence firm. I need a researcher who can build verified decision-maker profiles for B2B export campaigns. This is ongoing work for the right person.

This is not a data list. This is not name scraping. This is not list building.

Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools can be a starting point. But if your final deliverable is a database export, do not apply. This project requires multi-source manual verification. You must know how to find information that is not sitting in a database and confirm it through independent sources.

Deliverable Standard:

Each profile must include:

Full name, verified title, and company

Decision authority mapping (who holds budget, who influences, who recommends)

Contextual buying signals (hiring activity, expansion, new partnerships, supplier gaps)

A tailored outreach angle (how to approach them and what to lead with)

Verification Requirement:

Multi-source manual verification is mandatory. This means cross-checking against live, independent sources — LinkedIn activity, company websites, press releases, industry registries, and corporate filings. The final profile must be confirmed through multiple sources, not pulled from a single database.

What is your process for verifying a contact's authority and decision-making power?

How do you identify buying signals and timing indicators?

How do you handle contacts with little to no digital footprint?
