Legal Professional Needed to Prepare T&Cs & Policies

We’re preparing to launch a new UK-based online membership platform offering live, hosted classes primarily for adults. We’re looking for an experienced UK legal professional to help us prepare and/or review the key website policies and terms we need before launch, ensuring they are practical, proportionate and legally robust.

We expect this to include Terms & Conditions/Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, with particular attention to consumer subscription law, liability, cancellations/free trials, UK GDPR and the fact that, while the service is strictly for adults aged 18+, members may occasionally have children present under their direct supervision during online sessions. We would therefore also like appropriate safeguarding, recording/consent and liability wording incorporated where necessary.

Ideally, we’re looking for someone with experience advising UK online platforms, membership/subscription businesses or businesses offering live online classes.
