Client-Facing Software Developer – Interview & Meeting Support

We are looking for a software developer with strong communication skills to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will represent our development team during interviews and project meetings.

In this role, you will:

Join client interviews and meetings via video call (Zoom/Google Meet).
Explain technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
Participate in architecture reviews and sprint syncs as a technical representative.
Maintain a high level of professional communication aligned with U.S. business standards.
This is not a coding role. Your primary focus is on professional communication. However, a solid technical background is required to understand and explain architecture, development processes, and technical decisions.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software development or a related technical field.
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Confident and professional on video calls with clients.
Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
Experience with modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.) is a plus.
Availability during U.S. business hours.

Compensation:

$40–$60/hour (estimated).
This is a part-time, ongoing freelance role.
Payment is processed securely through PeoplePerHour.
