Video Editor Needed – Ongoing CEO & Founder Interview Content

We’re looking for a reliable video editor to help us turn recorded CEO and founder interviews into short-form video content, primarily for LinkedIn.

This is not a complex video editing role. We’re looking for someone who can create clean, professional clips quickly and consistently, with the potential for regular ongoing work across multiple clients.

What we do

We interview CEOs, founders and senior business leaders using a set of pre-agreed questions.

The interviews are recorded remotely and typically consist of me asking a question followed by the client giving their answer.

We then want to turn the best answers into individual short-form video clips that can be posted on LinkedIn.

What we need

For each interview:

* Review the recording and split it into individual clips based on each question/answer.
* Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes or dead space.
* Where I appear asking the question, either:
* remove me from the finished video and introduce the question using text/a static branded screen, or
* use another simple editing approach that keeps the focus on the CEO/founder.
* Add clean, accurate subtitles.
* Add the client’s branding/logo where appropriate.
* Keep the editing professional and suitable for B2B LinkedIn content.
* Export each clip ready for us to upload to LinkedIn.

We’re not looking for over-produced TikTok/Reels-style editing with constant animations and effects.

The content should feel professional, natural and credible.

Ongoing work

This first project is for the first client we’ve sold this service to.

However, we’re planning to roll this out across multiple clients, so we’re ideally looking for an editor we can work with on an ongoing basis.

Once we’ve established the format, each new client should follow broadly the same editing process.

When applying

Please provide:

1. Examples of similar interview, podcast or talking-head content you’ve edited.
2. Your price for editing one complete interview into individual clips.
3. Approximately how many finished clips that price includes.
4. Your expected turnaround time.
5. Your ongoing price if we were sending you multiple client interviews every month.

We’re particularly interested in establishing a simple fixed price per client/interview rather than negotiating every individual video.

Please keep your quote straightforward – we’re looking for a long-term editor rather than a one-off project.
