The system must be capable of: Calling UK mobile numbers automatically Playing either a text-to-speech or recorded voice message Allowing applicants to respond using keypad options during the call Sending automated SMS responses based on the option selected Providing clear reporting and feedback on the outcome of each call Example workflow: “Hello, we are calling from Letting Agent regarding your viewing appointment at [property address] on [date/time].
