Description
There is a preliminary hearing by video at Leeds Employment Tribunal tomorrow, Thursday 17 September 2026, at 10:00 am. The hearing is listed for approximately 90 minutes.
I need urgent assistance from an England-and-Wales-qualified employment solicitor, barrister, or suitably authorised representative who is available to advise and, if possible, represent me remotely at the hearing.
The key issue is that I have a later ET1 relating to a separate dismissal on 19 May 2026, submitted on 21 August 2026 under reference 182037315200. The Respondent raises abuse of process / issue estoppel based on earlier proceedings.
My position is that I am not pursuing the November 2025 dismissal complaint or historic claims. I ask the Tribunal to deal with the separate May 2026 dismissal claim, clarify the later ET1’s status, consider joinder or case management, and set directions.
I have prepared a Case Management Agenda, a short hearing note, the later ET1, the ET3/Grounds of Resistance, earlier Tribunal Written Reasons, and written advice from a solicitor.
Please reply only through PPH with:
1. Your qualification, practising status, and SRA/Bar registration number, where applicable;
2. Confirmation that you are available for the 10:00 am video hearing tomorrow;
3. Whether you can formally represent me or can offer advice only;
4. A fixed total fee, including VAT and all platform charges, for the exact scope proposed;
5. Exactly what the fee includes: document review, conference/call, written note, preparation, attendance, advocacy, and any post-hearing note;
6. Confirmation that no extra work or cost will be incurred without my written agreement through PPH; and
7. The documents you need before accepting the work.
I will keep all messages, documents and payment on PeoplePerHour. I will use escrow and will not agree to off-platform communication or payment.
Please do not send a generic response. Given the hearing is tomorrow, I need a clear response urgently

Urgent: Employment Tribunal Representation – 17 September 2026
I am a litigant in person in Cowling v Royal Mail Group Limited, Case No. 6007635/2026.
I have a 90-minute preliminary hearing by video tomorrow, Thursday 17 September 2026, at 10:00 am, before Leeds Employment Tribunal.
I urgently require an England & Wales-qualified employment solicitor, barrister, or authorised representative who can advise me and, if possible, represent me remotely.
The main issue concerns my later ET1 for a separate dismissal on 19 May 2026, submitted on 21 August 2026 (reference 182037315200), and the Respondent's abuse of process/issue estoppel arguments.
I have prepared the relevant documents, including the Case Management Agenda, hearing note, later ET1, ET3/Grounds of Resistance, previous Written Reasons, and written legal advice.
Please reply only through PPH confirming:
Your qualification, practising status and SRA/Bar number, if applicable.
Availability for the 10:00 am hearing tomorrow.
Whether you can represent me or provide advice only.
Your fixed total fee, including VAT and all charges.
Exactly what the fee includes (document review, conference, written note, preparation, attendance/advocacy and post-hearing note).
Confirmation that no additional work or costs will be incurred without my written agreement through PPH.
Documents you require before accepting the instruction.
All communication, documents and payment will remain on PeoplePerHour, using escrow. I will not agree to off-platform communication or payment.
Given the hearing is tomorrow, please provide a clear response urgently rather than a generic proposal.
