Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am seeking a currently authorised England & Wales employment solicitor or a Public Access / Direct Access barrister to provide urgent, case-specific legal advice and preparation for an Employment Tribunal preliminary hearing on 17 September.
This is not a request for administrative document organisation or preparation of a large PDF bundle only. I need legal advice on the hearing and assistance to draft or review the substantive content of my List of Issues and Case Management Preliminary Hearing Agenda.
Work required:
• Review my ET1 claim form, ET3 response, preliminary-hearing notice/order, tribunal correspondence, and key supporting documents.
• Identify the type and purpose of the preliminary hearing, the issues the Tribunal is likely to consider, and all applicable deadlines.
• Advise me clearly on what I need to prepare, send to the Tribunal and respondent, and say at the hearing.
• Draft or review my List of Issues and Case Management Agenda, including appropriate proposed directions.
• Advise whether I need a position statement, schedule of loss, request for further information, disclosure directions, witness information, a preliminary application, or a short hearing bundle.
• Prepare me for likely questions from the Employment Judge and the respondent.
• Provide a written advice note and/or video or telephone conference before the hearing.
Please include in your proposal:
• Your name, professional regulator, current practising status, and registration number.
• Your experience of Employment Tribunal claims and preliminary hearings.
• Your fixed fee for document review, advice and drafting/reviewing the List of Issues and Agenda.
• Your availability before 17 September and your turnaround time after receiving my documents.
• Whether you can represent me at the hearing, and your separate fixed fee or estimate for representation.
I will provide confidential papers only after selecting and independently verifying a suitably qualified professional. Please do not start work or incur additional charges without my written approval through PeoplePerHour.
