Facebook Community Group Poster Needed – Recurring Task, 6 to 8 Weeks
We need someone experienced in posting within UK Facebook community groups to help advertise three separate, private vacancies on our behalf: a live-in household role, a room to let and a cook. You would identify and join 15 to 20 relevant groups, then post adverts we supply into them, following each group's own posting rules, with reposting roughly every one to two weeks over a six to eight-week period, and removing every post once we confirm the roles are filled.

This is recurring, ongoing work rather than a single post.

What we are looking for
• Experience posting in UK Facebook community groups, ideally including both general lifestyle groups and South Asian or Gujarati community groups.
• An established personal Facebook profile, or more than one so the different vacancies can be treated separately, with existing activity and history behind it, that you can use to find, join and post in community groups. A brand new, empty profile is often blocked from joining groups or flagged as spam by group administrators, so this needs to be an established profile, not one created for this task.
• Comfortable posting adverts that do not carry our contact details, and following a short screening process before any details are shared with someone who gets in touch.
• Managing the DMs: sending prepared screening questions to anyone who messages the page, judging whether their answers are a genuine fit, then sending our prepared reply with contact details only to those who are, and flagging anything else relevant to us.
• Able to start within a short timeframe of being confirmed.
• Looking for ongoing projects like this, as we have future similar projects in mind.

Budget
£15 to £40 a week, or an agreed flat fee for the full six to eight weeks, paid through the platform.

Confidentiality
This is a private, personal matter, not a commercial listing, so we are keeping detail to a minimum at this stage. A more detailed brief, including the specific adverts, target groups, and any household information will be shared directly and confidentially with whoever we select, before any work begins.
