I am looking for an experienced AI automation developer to help build a business agent and automation system across two main areas: 1) OpenClaw agent setup 2) Codex / automation workflows This project is focused on setting up AI agents and structured automations for business operations, research, email triage, reporting, Airtable-based workflows, RSS ingestion, Gmail integration, Telegram agent access and Formstack webhook-triggered outputs. I have already written the core agent descriptions and automation requirements. I will provide the selected freelancer with the agent overviews, required skills/tools from ClawHub, Cron job schedules, markdown instruction files, Airtable token links and intended outputs for each agent or automation. OpenClaw For the OpenClaw part, I have around 9 agents to create. These need to be hosted on a Hostinger VPS using Docker/OpenClaw, which is already live. The agents need to be configured, connected to Telegram, connected to the relevant Airtable bases, tested and set up so they can run as intended. Some agents will need to generate email reports, one may need permission to send outbound emails, and another will need to use an EmailHunter-style API. There are two people for whom the OpenClaw agents are required. For the first person, there are around 6 agents, including an Executive Assistant Agent, Website Research Agent, Network Agent and other business/research/reporting agents. For the second person, there are around 3 agents, also connected to Airtable. One of these should be able to process around 20-30 RSS feeds, add relevant items to Airtable or another suitable database, and generate a daily market report. For OpenClaw, I will provide: *Agent name and overview *Whether each agent is a master agent or sub-agent *Skills required *Any special skills that need to be created *The specific Airtables to use/update *Cron jobs *Markdown files of information *Any files to provide to the agent, such as PDFs or training materials Codex / Automation Workflows For the Codex/automation part, I have around 20 workflows/projects to create. The workflows must not mix users, emails or data between accounts. For my own workflows, the automations will mainly review Airtable data using Airtable Personal Access Tokens, generate scheduled business reports, triage Gmail, create draft outputs and send email summaries. Some automations may recommend or make Airtable updates, but sensitive actions should have approval gates rather than being applied automatically. Email triage should draft or report only, not send emails automatically unless specifically approved. Some of the workflows are slightly more complex. These include ingesting around 20 RSS feeds and writing a business opportunities report, using RSS feeds to draft LinkedIn posts, receiving a Formstack webhook and creating call notes, follow-up outputs and analytical reports, and receiving Formstack submissions with attached data to produce analytical market research reports. The webhook workflows may need n8n or a similar tool to receive and route the data before passing it into the AI workflow. Ideally, I would like generated reports to be consolidated into one email where possible, although I understand this may depend on the final architecture. Excel dashboard overhaul

I need somebody to overhaul my fairly primitive Excel document that we use to report on all of our compliance, recruitment, marketing, quality, rostering and general administration measures. Right now each department (6 of them) reports on 6 to 12 performance statistics, this has a lot of data and it's hard to make the key to stand out. For that reason I'd like somebody to create formulas to highlight when specific numbers are off target or above target and also for it to pull through to a separate high-level dashboard which illuminates for the most recent three weeks specific service performance indicators. For the client / carer data - this will now merge, but be client and carer management, in 2 zones (North & South). I'll be giving very clear guidance to the winner of this project, but also like somebody to suggest ways this could best be highlighted. Perhaps having one tab per department might make this cleaner and then once have the overall service performance. For the dashboard that shows overall service performance and also like some visual graphs to show our performance against budgets in a few given areas and what are forecast is looking like based on the data in the system The dashboard would also benefit from having top level trends showing; number of enquiries, number of assessments booked from setting enquiries and converted enquiries to clients. Then having similar for employee applications, interviews and new staff this will help us to identify poor performance and turn it around quickly. It would also be valuable to have a tab showing clients and employees who have joined the surface in the last 14 days. For clients the metric would be the percentage of their visits that are templated to staff and for carers it would be how many hours per week they have templated to them for both clients and carers it would be what is the feedback from their first touch point this section/tab would be manually input by the relevant people that will be good to have this in a well designed part of the document, perhaps even in the main dashboard. It's also worth noting that we are planning to launch HubSpot in the coming months, so I be keen to hear any feedback about how this report could be improved once we launch have spot or even potentially integrated in hub swap to make a lot of this data automated. Most of our coordinator though will not sit on her sports as it sits on a separate care management system which cannot change at present.
