Software Developer for Interviews & Client Communication

I’m looking for a software developer who is fluent in both English and Spanish and also has strong social and communication skills. This role combines technical knowledge with people skills, including handling meetings such as interviews and communicating with clients or candidates.

You will represent the project in conversations, conduct or assist with interviews, and support basic coordination while also having a solid background in software development.

Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in software development
- Strong communication and social skills
- Comfortable leading or participating in interviews and meetings
- Professional, reliable, and organized

Responsibilities
- Conduct and manage interviews
- Communicate with candidates and clients in English and Spanish
- Participate in technical discussions when needed
- Schedule meetings and handle follow-ups
