Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online consultations and provide tailored financial protection solutions.

Demonstrate a minimum of three years of sales experience.

Master objection handling and know the difference between customer service and closing.

Utilize NLP techniques and understand leading and pacing to build rapport.

Convert skeptical clients into satisfied, grateful customers.

Ensure compliance without compromising sales effectiveness.

Manage CRM systems effectively and understand AI tools like ChatGPT.

Maintain a positive, target-oriented mindset, even on challenging days.

Bring humor and creativity into the sales process.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years in sales.

Proficiency in English (native speakers only).

Deep understanding of compliance and ethical sales practices.

Ability to handle objections with professionalism and empathy.

Strong resilience and a goal-oriented attitude.

Familiarity with AI and modern tech tools.
