Long form video editor for youtube

I’m looking for a talented long-form YouTube video editor to work with me on an ongoing basis as I grow my YouTube channel and personal brand.

My content is personality-led and covers areas including 4x4 builds, lifestyle, gym and behind-the-scenes content.

I’m not simply looking for someone who can cut footage together. I want an editor who understands YouTube retention, storytelling and pacing and can turn raw footage into content people actually want to keep watching.

? What I need:

- Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage
- Remove unnecessary/dead sections
- Create a strong hook within the opening of the video
- Fast, engaging pacing without making the video feel over-edited
- B-roll where appropriate
- Punch-ins, zooms and pattern interrupts
- On-screen text and graphics
- Music and sound design
- Colour correction/grading
- Audio clean-up and balancing
- Smooth transitions
- Understand storytelling and audience retention
- Help identify sections that should be removed or moved to improve the video

? BONUS:
I'd ideally like someone who can also take each finished video and identify the strongest moments to turn into YouTube Shorts, TikToks and Instagram Reels.

I'm already an established short-form content creator, but I'm now looking to seriously develop my long-form YouTube presence.
