We have a software project that is almost complete, but unfortunately the original developer has become unresponsive, leaving us unable to launch. The project is based around the board game **Backgammon**, which is also played online. Serious players analyse their matches using software called **Extreme Gammon (XG)**. Currently, every move from a match must be entered manually into XG, which is extremely time-consuming. Our platform, 'BackgammonAnalyst.com', aims to automate this process. Users upload a completed match, the software reads and reconstructs the game, and generates an output that can be imported into XG for analysis, dramatically reducing the time and effort required. From our assessment, there are relatively few changes remaining on the desktop version, with a little more work required on the mobile web version. However, we have not yet seen the software fully working, either via a live demonstration or a comprehensive video. We have our own server infrastructure and a dedicated server administrator. The first task would be to assess whether all source code has been deployed correctly, review the current state of the project, and thoroughly test the application to identify any remaining issues before completing the outstanding work. I'm looking for an experienced Notion expert to help customise an existing Life OS template that I already own. The core system is already built, so I'm not looking for someone to build a workspace from scratch. Instead, I need someone who can improve the user experience, redesign parts of the system, and integrate a few existing templates into one seamless workspace. What I need help with 1. Dashboard redesign I want to completely redesign the main dashboard so it has a cleaner, more modern feel. I'm looking for something that is: * Minimal and premium * Easy to navigate * Visually appealing * Focused on daily productivity rather than lots of dropdowns The dashboard should include things like: * Quick action buttons (New Task, Note, Project, Meeting, Expense, etc.) * Life statistics * Daily habit tracker * Navigation cards for different areas of my life and businesses * Today's tasks * Upcoming tasks * Calendar * Recent notes I already have a wireframe and a clear vision for how I want the dashboard to look. 2. Video Footage - Event on 25 June Evening

Hi, I have an evening event happening on the evening of 25 June in Hoxton. It's an exhibition opening. I'm looking for a videographer who can take a good range of footage of the event and document it so I can use it in future marketing work. Hours 7pm-9pm (2 hours) Date 25 June Location Hoxton, London Brief: I need a range of portrait and landscape orientation footage for marketing use. I'll need all rights to use the footage and edit as I see fit. Happy for you to also use the footage for your own portfolio. It about capturing how busy the event is and the atmosphere, so I need lots of footage of people enjoying themselves, candid moments, the place looking busy and a establishing shots of the venue. I will need one edit so I can post a reel on Instagram on Thursday - establishing shot, people entering the gallery, clips of people having a nice time, busy venue. I don't need any other edit, just a cull of usable footage. I can do any other editing once you have removed anything that is un-usable. Please include samples image or link to your work.

I run an interview-format podcast and I'm looking for a skilled editor to take on the weekly edit on an ongoing per-episode basis. Raw footage: ~90 minutes per episode Finished length: roughly the same - light editing, not heavy cut-downs Reference feel: Steven Bartlett / Diary of a CEO for production quality, but I want a distinct visual identity for my show which you'll take the lead on Per episode you'll deliver: (1) Full YouTube edit (~90 min) - cuts, b-roll, captions, chapter markers, cleaned audio, colour-corrected (2) Audio master for Spotify/Apple - levelled and cleaned (3) Four vertical shorts (captioned, hook-led, 30–60 sec) (4) Show notes with timestamps (5) Thumbnail - only if you're genuinely capable of design work.
