19 days ago4 proposalsOn-site in West Bromwich, GBDraft a Short Deed of Disclosure, Warranty, and Indemnity
I require a short, simple but legally binding, standalone Deed that forces absolute transparency over the exact amount of an inheritance. Me and my ex partner are married and are about to enter into a financial/consent order. He has now disclosed a 5k inheritance which I am happy to let him keep. However, he initially failed to disclose an inheritance, having been actively advised by his parent to hide this from me, so I cannot trust his verbal word due to the prior deception. The purpose of the document is to give him a clear, formal opportunity to reflect and confirm the truth of his disclosure before we submit the Consent Order. Key Clauses and Elements to Include: Declaration of Value: A straightforward statement where he confirms that the total inheritance received or due to be received from his grandparent's estate is exactly £5,000.00. Warranty of Completeness: A legal promise that there are no planned, delayed, or deferred further payments to be made to him in connection with this Will or estate at a later date. No Side Agreements: A sworn statement confirming there are no verbal promises, informal understandings, or side arrangements with family members or executors to hold back further money until our separation is legally finalised. Right to Verify: A clause clarifying that while a copy of the Will is not being requested now, I reserve the absolute right to obtain a copy of the Will and estate accounts in the future if dishonesty is suspected. 3. Consequences of Breach Automatic Financial Penalty (Clawback): If hidden funds or delayed payments from this estate are discovered later, I will be automatically entitled to a lump-sum payment equivalent to 100% of the hidden or undeclared balance Legal Costs: A provision forcing him to fully pay all of my future legal fees and court costs if I am forced to take legal action to enforce this Deed or reopen the financial settlement due to an untrue declaration. Execution as a Deed: The document must be structured as a short Deed to be signed in the presence of an independent witness, giving it heavy legal weight without requiring an aggressive tone. Consequences: Full Indemnity for Court and Legal Fees: A robust provision forcing him to fully pay 100% of all my future legal fees, solicitor costs, and court fees if I am forced to take him to court due to an untrue declaration.

Chartered Geotechnical/Civil Engineer desk-based verification
A residential development in the South East has completed its foundation piling — thirty bored piles into chalk. The planning permission requires a verification report by a suitably qualified engineer. We are looking for a signed statement, one to two pages on your own letterhead, giving your professional interpretation of the completed records on two questions: Do the integrity test results mean/demonstrate that the installed piles are sound? Do the monitoring records demonstrate that the works caused no adverse ground or structural movement? Your opinion would be based on the documents already produced, which we will provide in full: low-strain integrity test results for all thirty piles, the complete structural movement monitoring log, the original geotechnical assessment, the approved construction method statement and the piling contractor's method statement. You are entitled to rely on the factual data in those reports — the survey measurements and test results — as accurate and complete. The judgement as to what that data demonstrates is yours. Requirements: CEng or CGeol chartership with membership number, and professional indemnity insurance covering a signed statement to a planning authority.
15 days ago4 proposalsRemoteIT SUBJECTS AND ADVANCED FOREX TRADING SUBJECTS
I need two well-structured PDFs, each running 400-500 pages. One will focus on IT training, the other on Forex trading, yet both must reach an advanced level of depth. I’m happy for you to blend fully original writing with carefully curated, properly credited material so long as the flow feels like a single, cohesive manual. Both documents have to be organized chapter-by-chapter with a clear table of contents, page numbers, and high-resolution illustrations or screenshots throughout. For the IT volume, I want the content steered toward the Forex trading angle I selected—essentially demonstrating how core technology skills underpin trading platforms, data analysis and algorithmic strategies. The second PDF will dive straight into Forex itself, covering market mechanics, technical and fundamental analysis, risk management and practical trading setups. Deliverables • PDF 1 – IT Subjects (400–500 pages, chapter-split, illustrated) • PDF 2 – Advanced Forex trading guide (400–500 pages, chapter-split, illustrated) Please confirm the outline you propose before writing, indicate which sections will be fully original versus curated, and ensure all third-party excerpts are legally usable and referenced. I’ll review drafts per chapter so we can keep the structure tight all the way to final export.

Our company brochure was recently designed and is finished to a very high standard there are quite a few grammatical errors that need addressing before going to print. because of the 5000 character limit I can not put them all in this description box and the brochure is too big to send over PPH. Due to me advertising previously and getting a lot of time wasters please supply your email address when applying so I can send you the documents all our communication and payments will be on PPH here is a small list of of the errors. there are 16 pages of errors but some of them pages have an error of one spelling mistake on the page. some of the pages have no spelling mistakes but need words deleting and grammatical reading issues. which will take minutes to do. here are some examples. PAGE 1 — Cover Current Professional Cleaning for the Modern Workplace This is actually a good headline. The cover has a corporate feel rather than looking like a domestic-cleaning leaflet. I would consider changing the subtitle slightly You could make the audience clearer: Professional Cleaning for London Workplaces & Managed Properties or Professional Commercial Cleaning Across London The current phrase “Modern Workplace” makes it sound mainly like an office-cleaning brochure, whereas the brochure also targets property managers, communal developments and other sectors. This isn't essential. The existing cover is perfectly usable. PAGE 2 — Contents There is an immediate spelling mistake: “End of Tennancy Cleaning” should be: “End of Tenancy Cleaning”. I'd also change: “Why Choose us” to: “Why Choose Us” And you may want: “After the Builders Cleaning” to become the more conventional: “After Builders Cleaning” or, better for corporate clients: “Post-Construction & After Builders Cleaning” Bigger strategic change Your contents currently treats every service almost equally. If this is becoming your commercial outreach brochure, I would reorder it so the most valuable services come first: About West Clean Our Team Office & Commercial Cleaning Communal & Property Management Cleaning Healthcare Cleaning Post-Construction / After Builders Cleaning End of Tenancy Cleaning Why Choose West Clean Client Testimonials Our Experience How We Work Contact That would match the market you're trying to win. PAGE 3 — About Us The opening says: “Drawing on more than 15 years in professional cleaning services…” That's good. But later you say 25 years combined experience. That's not necessarily contradictory, but a reader could wonder which figure is correct. I'd make the distinction explicit: “West Clean has more than 15 years' trading experience, supported by over 25 years of combined industry experience across our team.” That solves the issue. Current sentence “We provide a dependable and seamless cleaning service to a diverse portfolio of clients…” Fine, although I'd tighten it. Suggested version West Clean provides dependable professional cleaning services to businesses, property managers, estate agents and organisations across London. Then: With more than 15 years' experience, we understand that commercial cleaning is about more than appearance. Reliability, communication, consistency and accountability are equally important. That's much stronger commercially. Your present copy becomes quite long and generic. Testimonial attribution You have: “- Lauren Ouno App” I'd change that to something clearer: Lauren — Finance & Operations, Ouno App assuming that is accurate and you have permission. PAGE 4 — Our Team This page is fundamentally good. It currently says: “Each member is carefully selected, fully trained, and committed to upholding the highest standards…” Good. Later: “we use only premium biodegradable cleaning products.” Be careful with “only”. If West Clean ever uses bleach, descaler, specialist chemicals, solvents, disinfectants or another non-biodegradable product when required, the statement becomes inaccurate. I'd say: “Where appropriate, we prioritise high-quality, environmentally responsible cleaning products while ensuring the correct products and methods are used for each site.” More credible. I would add one commercial sentence “Our cleaning teams work to documented site specifications, with ongoing supervision and quality checks to help maintain consistent standards.” That appeals to facilities/property managers. PAGE 5 — Office & Commercial Cleaning This is one of your most important pages. The main copy says: “Each client is assigned a dedicated account manager and a trusted team of trained cleaners…” That's strong. I'd make this page even more B2B-focused. Add a small section such as: Suitable for: • Offices • Managed properties • Professional practices • Shared workspaces • Retail and commercial premises • Property-management portfolios

I am seeking assistance with a narrowly defined legal opinion concerning a new UK start-up product being developed under the law of England and Wales. MANORIAL HOUSE is developing a Heritable Lordship Style-Title, structured as a modern private contractual product associated with a researched historic English manor. Importantly, the Product does not purport to sell, restore or re-establish the original historic lordship, land, manorial rights, peerage, nobility, Crown dignity or public office. The operative rights arise from a private Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment and are expressly described as modern contractual rights. The full document suite has already undergone an independent legal consultancy review, including the operative Deed, consumer terms and conditions, prospective purchaser information and wording, succession arrangements, purchase letter and certificate. A separate independent legal assessment has also considered the specific terminology used for the Style-Title in relation to the question below, however they were not registered. I am now seeking a formally instructed practising barrister to provide an independent opinion on the narrower underlying question: Whether, under the law of England and Wales, there is any legal impediment to a company creating and granting by private deed a modern contractual style in the form “Lord of [Place] or Lord of the Manor of [Place]”, where it is expressly distinguished from ownership of the historic Lordship of the Manor and from any peerage, Crown dignity, nobility, manorial property right or official status. I would particularly welcome Counsel's opinion on whether “Lord of [Place]” is legally preferable to “Lord of the Manor of [Place]” for maintaining that distinction, having regard to contract law, manorial/property law, misrepresentation, passing off and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. I am not asking Counsel to certify ownership of any historic lordship or undertake historical title verification. If the conclusion is supportive, I would also require a short approved public-facing summary which may accurately be shown to customers as evidence that the legal structure and terminology have been independently considered by practising Counsel. This is a personally funded pre-launch business and legal due diligence is being undertaken before the Product is offered to the public/launched. I am therefore exploring whether this narrowly scoped opinion might be suitable for pro bono or reduced-fee assistance. I have attached: 1. the existing independent legal consultancy review on the full document suite (note all reccomendations have been implemented); 2. the separate independent legal opinion on the Style-Title terminology; 3. a short briefing document on the product and company. 4. website: www.manorialhouse.co.uk I can further provide if required: 1. the operative Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment; and 2. prospective customer information guide I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether this is within your scope, confirm your credentials and fee. This may lead to future work. Kind regards, Daniel Ruscoe

23 days ago31 proposalsRemoteDeveloper Wanted – UK Adult Social Care Management Platform
I’m looking for a developer to help build a web-based management platform for Registered Managers and owners of adult social care services in the UK. I have over 20 years' experience running a care business, so the concept, industry knowledge and management processes will come from me. I’m looking for someone who can turn those ideas into a simple, intuitive and commercially viable product. ### The concept This isn't intended to be another cold compliance system full of forms, warnings and dashboards. The aim is to create an intelligent **management companion** that helps a care manager run their service, stay on top of their responsibilities and become a better manager. The platform will include: * A personalised home screen showing what genuinely needs the manager's attention. * A short daily wellbeing check-in so the system considers the manager's capacity as well as their workload. * Personal to-do lists alongside automatically generated daily, weekly, monthly and annual management tasks. * Staff, recruitment, service-user and operational oversight. * CQC compliance, quality assurance, audits and improvement actions. * Policies, procedures and organisational documents. * Simple financial and business-performance oversight. * Relevant CQC, Skills for Care and wider UK care-sector updates. * An AI assistant where managers can ask questions about CQC, policies, staff issues, difficult conversations, incidents, management decisions and their own service. * AI-supported people-management guidance that encourages fair, compassionate and proportionate management rather than simply quoting policies. * Alerts, reminders and intelligent follow-up of actions. A major principle of the product is that **complexity should sit in the background**. Rather than presenting a manager with dozens of outstanding tasks, statistics and compliance warnings, the software should understand what is happening across their service, identify what genuinely needs attention and help them work through it. The system should feel less like a piece of compliance software and more like having an experienced, supportive management colleague beside you. ### Where I am now The concept is well developed and I have started designing the key screens and user experience. I'm now interested in speaking to developers about the best technical approach for creating an MVP. AI will be an important part of the product, including conversational assistance, using an organisation's own policies/documents as a knowledge source, interpreting management information and potentially bringing in relevant information from trusted external sources. I would initially like to build an MVP, test it with real care managers and then develop the platform further based on feedback. I'm open to recommendations regarding the technology/platform used. If interested, please send: * Examples of relevant software/SaaS products you've built. * Any experience with AI-powered applications. * Your suggested technical approach. * An approximate timeframe for an MVP. * An indicative cost or cost range. I'm particularly interested in finding someone who wants to understand the problem we're trying to solve and contribute ideas, rather than simply being handed a specification and writing code.

Design - 128pp A5 trade catalogue, design and artwork
We're a UK distributor of industrial wood coatings and finishing products, and we need a designer to create our first product catalogue. 128 pages, A5 portrait, perfect bound. Roughly 100 pages of product listings — several products per page with images, descriptions and spec tables — plus around 20 pages of technical and advisory content at the front. Product data will be supplied as a spreadsheet, images as files, and we have brand guidelines and a logo. We're after a clean, dense, practical reference document rather than a glossy brochure. Think trade catalogue. You'd be responsible for the grid and layout design, the product page templates, the cover, and building out all 128 pages. Files must be print-ready for a UK litho printer: PDF/X-4, 3mm bleed, crops, CMYK, 300dpi. Please send examples of catalogue, directory or magazine work you've designed, along with your rate and an estimate of the time involved. We'd like to start with a paid trial — cover plus one 8-page section — before committing to the full project. The budget I have shown is not our budget I have just added something to get the advert up and running - please give your realistic budget.

Mobile quiz app
Hi, I'm a carpentry and joinery lecturer teaching City & Guilds 6706 across Levels 1–3 plus apprentices, and I'm looking to build a simple quiz/revision app for my students. The idea: a mobile-friendly practice test app, similar in style to driving theory test apps, covering the knowledge modules for the 6706 qualification (first fix, second fix, roofs, stairs, bench joinery, etc). Core features I'd need for a first version:Question bank organised by module/topic Multiple choice format with instant feedback/explanations Timed mock exam mode Basic progress tracking per user A simple way for me to add/edit questions myself without needing a developer each time I'd like to start with a lean, low-cost first version (web app or simple cross-platform app) to trial with my own students before considering a bigger build. My budget for this initial version is around £2,000–£5,000. Could you let me know:Whether this is something you'd be able to help with Roughly how long it would take Examples of similar quiz/test apps you've built before Thanks, Andy
