We are looking for an execution-only social media growth assistant to help increase engagement and follower growth on a team Instagram & Facebook page (A-Team).
This role is not for content creation, posting, design, or strategy.
Scope of work:
• Manual engagement with relevant accounts (likes, comments, replies)
• Community interaction to increase visibility and engagement
• Support organic follower growth through real interactions
What this role does NOT include:
• No posting
• No content creation
• No ads
• No strategy documents or calls
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Instagram engagement / community growth
• Comfortable working with clear KPIs
• Weekly written update on engagement activity
This is a 30-day test project. Results will determine continuation.

Hi, I need clarification on how you’d like to grant access (ideally via Meta Business Suite/Page role invite), and whether engagement should be done as the brand page or an assistant account. Also, which weekly KPIs will you assess us on (activity counts vs engagement/follower change), and are there any do-not-engage lists, geographies, competitor avoids, or tone rules for comments/replies? Once you confirm, I’ll lock the scope.
