    Pedicell, before I submit, can you confirm whether you want this scoped to 2 hours (as per the title) or a 3–5 hour / full-day session, and if it’s the latter will you be funding an additional milestone for the extra time? Also, roughly how many users need roles/permissions set up, and which Zoho apps are definitely in-scope for the integrations/workflows (e.g., People + Books only, or also CRM/Desk/etc.)? Finally, do you need a recorded training video delivered afterwards, or is a live walkthrough with Q&A (plus notes) sufficient?
