Pre-Launch QA Testing for Multi-App Delivery Platform

We are looking for an experienced QA / Software Tester to independently test a delivery platform before its commercial launch.
The platform consists of:
Customer mobile app
Driver mobile app
Merchant/Store mobile app
Web Admin Dashboard
Backend APIs connecting the system
The goal is NOT development or bug fixing. We need an independent assessment to determine whether the platform is truly ready for launch.
The tester must perform complete end-to-end testing, including:
Customer registration/login → location/GPS → browsing stores → cart → placing an order → merchant acceptance/preparation → driver assignment and acceptance → pickup → delivery → order completion.
Testing should also include:
Registration and authentication
GPS and location functionality
Complete order lifecycle
Communication between Customer, Driver, Merchant and Admin
Push notifications
Order cancellation and failed scenarios
App crashes and stability
Weak/no internet scenarios
Incorrect or unexpected user actions
Arabic/RTL interface
UI/UX issues
Performance and loading
Admin Dashboard functionality
Multiple orders/users where possible
Required final deliverables:
Detailed QA report
Complete bug list
Severity for every issue: Critical / High / Medium / Low
Steps to reproduce each bug
Screenshots or video evidence
Devices and Android versions tested
Test coverage summary
Priority recommendations
Final decision: GO (Ready for Launch) or NO-GO (Not Ready for Launch), with clear reasons.
At this stage, source-code access is NOT required. APK/builds and test accounts will be provided to the selected tester.
