Product Scraper, Dutch Translation & WooCommerce Sync
I am looking for an experienced developer to build a reliable system that can automatically collect product data from an external marketplace and synchronize it with WooCommerce. The project involves approximately 13,000 products. The system should be able to: - collect product information and images; - structure the product data correctly; - translate relevant product content into Dutch; - create and update products in WooCommerce; - detect product changes; - identify products that are no longer available; - keep WooCommerce synchronized automatically on a recurring basis; - run reliably with minimal manual intervention. The source marketplace uses DataDome. I am intentionally not specifying the technical implementation. I am looking for someone who can independently assess the project and determine the most suitable and reliable solution. SELF-HOSTED SCRAPER REQUIRED The developer must build, install, and configure a custom scraper that runs automatically on my own server, including translation and recurring synchronization with my WooCommerce store. I require an operational system, not a one-time data export. The fixed price must include complete source code, server installation, configuration, documentation, and a working end-to-end system. Please specify your server requirements and disclose any paid external services, dependencies, or recurring costs. Please include in your proposal: - whether you can complete this project; - relevant experience with similar projects; - estimated delivery time; - total fixed price for development; - any expected ongoing or monthly operational costs. I am mainly interested in receiving a clear technical assessment and a realistic price. Please avoid generic proposals. Experience with large-scale product data extraction, automation and WooCommerce integrations is preferred. The listed budget is indicative. Please provide your realistic fixed-price quote for the complete project.

Customer comments have been collected from different sources and now need to be turned into a structured internal review. The material may include short comments, detailed observations, complaints, suggestions, questions, and positive feedback, so the first step is to work through the information carefully rather than treating every entry in the same way. Each item should be reviewed for its main subject and placed into an appropriate category. Where several customers are raising the same or a closely related point, those comments should be brought together under a common theme. Similar comments should remain traceable to the original feedback, while unrelated observations should not be forced into the same category simply because they appear similar at first glance. The review should cover both recurring issues and positive patterns. Frequent complaints, repeated suggestions, commonly mentioned service areas, and consistent praise should all be identified. Where a particular point appears only once but provides useful or unusual feedback, it should still be retained rather than discarded. The final review needs to make the information easier to interpret. For each major theme, the summary should explain what customers are saying, indicate whether the feedback is generally positive, negative, or mixed, and include the relevant observations supporting that theme. Where the supplied material allows it, recurring points can also be noted by frequency so the team can distinguish common feedback from isolated comments. The completed work should contain: - The original feedback organised into logical categories - Related comments grouped under clear themes - Repeated issues and suggestions identified - Positive and negative patterns separated where appropriate - Notable individual observations retained - A summary of the main themes and what customers are saying about them - Frequency or volume information where it can be reliably established from the supplied material - A clear structure that allows the team to trace summary points back to the underlying comments Accuracy is important throughout the review. The information should be organised and summarised without changing the meaning of what customers actually said. No new claims should be introduced, and feedback should not be presented as representing a wider customer base than the supplied material supports. There is no customer outreach involved, and no external research is required. All work will be based on the feedback provided for the project. This is a freelance opportunity and not a permanent position.

B2B Appointment Setter – International Courier
We are an established UK-based international courier and logistics business looking for an experienced freelance B2B telesales / appointment-setting professional to work with us on an ongoing basis. The Opportunity We provide UK businesses with access to a wide range of leading international and domestic courier services, offering competitive rates alongside a proactive, managed service. We are looking for an experienced individual who can contact UK businesses, identify the person responsible for courier and shipping decisions, understand their current requirements and generate genuinely qualified sales opportunities. This is not a high-volume call-centre campaign. We are looking for someone capable of having professional B2B conversations and identifying businesses where there is a genuine opportunity for us to help. What You'll Be Doing You will: Make outbound calls to targeted UK businesses. Identify and speak with the decision-maker responsible for courier, shipping or logistics. Establish whether the company regularly sends domestic or international consignments. Understand their current shipping arrangements, including carriers used, destinations, frequency/volume and approximate spend where appropriate. Identify potential issues around pricing, service, reliability, international shipping, imports or exports. Establish whether there is an opportunity for the business to review or compare its existing courier arrangements. Book qualified appointments and/or generate genuine quotation opportunities. Provide clear notes following conversations so that our sales team can follow up effectively. What We Consider a Qualified Opportunity We are not interested in appointments simply for the sake of filling a diary. A good opportunity would typically involve: A genuine UK business with regular courier/shipping requirements. Contact with the appropriate decision-maker. An established requirement for domestic and/or international courier services. Some understanding of their existing arrangements. A genuine willingness to discuss their requirements, obtain a quotation or compare their current service. Quality is much more important to us than quantity. Who We're Looking For Ideally, you will have proven experience in: B2B telesales Cold calling Lead generation Appointment setting Business development Previous experience within courier, parcels, freight forwarding, logistics, transport, e-commerce fulfilment or international shipping would be a major advantage. You should be comfortable speaking with business owners, operations managers, logistics managers, purchasing/procurement teams and other senior decision-makers. We're particularly interested in hearing from experienced freelance callers who can demonstrate results from previous B2B campaigns. Hours & Working Arrangement Initially, we envisage approximately 10–15 hours per week. We would prefer to work with an individual freelancer rather than a large call centre or agency. This will initially be a trial campaign, but if you generate good-quality opportunities, we are looking for someone to work with us on a long-term ongoing basis. We are open to discussing an hourly/day rate and potentially an additional performance incentive for opportunities that convert into customers. When Applying Please tell us: Your B2B telesales and appointment-setting experience. Any previous courier, freight, logistics, transport or shipping experience. Examples of similar campaigns you have worked on. Your normal hourly/day rate. Your current availability. How many hours per week you could commit. What you would realistically expect to achieve from approximately 10–15 hours of calling per week once a campaign is established.

We're a property group managing serviced accommodation, STR, and boutique hospitality projects across the UK. We need an interior designer who can take a property from empty shell to a fully specified, investor/guest-ready design package. This is not a mood-board job. Your quote should be based on matching that. Scope per project: Typically 4–6 rooms per property (kitchen, living, bedrooms, bathrooms) Full set of the above for each room Delivered as a clean PDF/deck, room-by-room, same structure as our reference example You must be able to create floorplans and 3d floorplans from hand drawn floorplan / sizes We need from you: A portfolio showing real CGI render work not renders lifted from stock/AI generators, actual project output Ability to work from a floor plan / rough brief without heavy hand-holding Fast turnaround, this is the first of an ongoing pipeline of properties, not a one-off Comfortable working to a brand palette and finish standard we set, not designing from scratch each time How to apply: Send your portfolio (CGI examples specifically) and a rate either per room or per property. If your previous work matches the standard we need, this becomes repeat work across multiple properties.

UK Web app developer — connect prototype to Stripe & Airtable
I have a fully designed, working front-end prototype (HTML/CSS/JavaScript — no framework). I need it made production-ready and connected to live services. The scope: • A multi-step tenant report form (around 9 steps) that looks up an organisation's contact email from Airtable and sends a formatted report email via Resend (plus a confirmation email to the user) • A login-protected dashboard for subscribers showing received reports, with deadline tracking (logic already designed in the prototype) • Stripe subscription billing: 3 plans, 30-day free trial, card or direct debit • One static pricing page (already built) • Deploy on Netlify, connect my domain, HTTPS • Important requirement: user-submitted personal data must NOT be stored — encrypted in transit, sent directly by email, only anonymous metadata saved to Airtable. A written requirements document covers this.

I'm looking for a UK-based freelance user researcher or recruitment assistant to find five genuine tradespeople or trade-business administrators to test an early-stage web app. The app helps small businesses track customer quotes and know when to follow them up. Each tester must: Be involved in sending or managing quotes for a UK trade or local service business. Add one fake quote using fake customer details. Test the reminder and follow-up process. Test opening a prepared message in WhatsApp. Spend approximately 10–15 minutes using the app. Give genuine feedback afterward. Each tester must answer: Was it easy to add and track a quote? Was it clear when the follow-up was due? Did the suggested messages sound natural and useful? Was anything confusing or missing? Would you consider paying £7–£10 per month for a finished version? Why or why not? Would entering every quote feel like extra work? What would make it quicker? Deliverables: Five completed tests from suitable UK businesses. The trade or business type of each tester. Their answers to all six questions. A short summary of repeated problems or suggestions. Confirmation that each tester completed the test. No real customer information must be entered. Testers must use fake names, numbers and job details. The fixed total budget is £150 maximum. This includes five £10 participant incentives and the freelancer’s recruitment, coordination and feedback collection. Payment is for five completed tests and all agreed deliverables. There will be no additional payment beyond £150. The app link will be shared with the selected freelancer. All communication and payment must remain through PeoplePerHour.

UK AEC Business Development Consultant – Warm Introductions I run a London-based consultancy working with architecture, engineering and built-environment businesses, and I am looking for an experienced, well-connected AEC business development professional to help me open a small number of new client relationships. This is not a lead-generation or high-volume cold outreach role. I am specifically looking for someone who already has an established professional network among UK architects, engineering consultancies and/or other built-environment businesses, ideally including relationships with directors, managing directors, commercial directors or other senior decision-makers. The initial objective is very focused: to secure a minimum of two genuine warm introductory meetings by December 2026. I am particularly interested in someone who can: • identify where my consultancy offering would have a strong commercial fit; • use their own AEC relationships and network to create warm routes into suitable firms; • make credible, personal introductions at senior level; • advise me on where opportunities are most likely to exist; and • help position my services appropriately for the AEC market. I am not looking for someone primarily offering database building, automated LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns or generic lead generation. I can identify target companies myself; the value I am looking for is your existing industry relationships and ability to open doors. This is deliberately a small initial assignment. The starting budget is £110 per day, with up to three days per month (£330). I am open to discussing how those days are best used rather than prescribing a fixed amount of activity. If the approach works and generates worthwhile conversations, there is potential to develop this into a longer-term relationship. When responding, please tell me briefly: 1. Which parts of the UK AEC sector your existing network covers. 2. The level of people you typically have relationships with. 3. An example of a warm commercial introduction you have made previously. 4. Whether you would be comfortable using your own professional network as part of this assignment. I would then be very happy to arrange a short informal conversation to see whether there is a good fit on both sides.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist / Digital Marketer who can help us find potential U.S.-based eBay sellers and business owners interested in starting or growing an eBay store. The main goal is to generate genuine, qualified leads from people who are interested in selling on eBay or who already have an eBay store and may need professional store setup, management, listing, or growth services. Your Responsibilities: ● Research and identify potential eBay sellers and U.S.-based businesses. ● Find businesses that could benefit from starting an eBay store. ● Identify existing eBay sellers who may need professional eBay management or growth support. ● Create and manage suitable lead-generation campaigns using Meta Ads and other effective marketing channels. ● Contact potential prospects professionally through appropriate channels. ● Explain our eBay services and identify prospects who are genuinely interested. ● Qualify leads based on their interest, business type, location, and eBay requirements. ● Maintain all qualified leads in a shared Google Sheet or similar tracking system. ● Avoid duplicate, fake, irrelevant, or unqualified leads. What We Are Looking For: ● Previous experience in lead generation and digital marketing. ● Experience with Meta/Facebook Ads is highly preferred. ● Experience finding U.S.-based business owners or eCommerce sellers. ● Understanding of eBay, eCommerce, or online selling is a strong advantage. ● Ability to identify genuine potential sellers rather than simply collecting contact information. ● Good communication and prospecting skills. ● Ability to provide regular lead reports and campaign updates. Qualified Lead: A qualified lead should be a genuine U.S.-based prospect who is interested in: Starting a new eBay store, OR Growing or improving an existing eBay store, OR Getting professional eBay store management, listing, or related eCommerce services. We are a UK-based online home improvement retailer looking for a friendly and reliable assistant for ongoing part-time customer follow-up work. The role will primarily involve: Working from a spreadsheet of customers who have recently purchased from us. Making friendly outbound calls to check that customers are happy with their purchase and inviting them to leave us a review. Emailing customers the relevant review invitation/link. If a customer has an issue or is unhappy, simply recording the details and passing them back to our UK customer service team to handle. Keeping basic records of calls, reviews and customer feedback. This is not cold calling or sales. You will only be contacting existing customers who have already purchased from us. Payment This role is commission only, paying £5 for each genuine published review that mentions your name, paid monthly against invoice. The review does not need to be positive — the name mention is simply how we track which reviews have resulted from your follow-up work. We anticipate approximately 3 hours per day / 15 hours per week initially, although this may vary depending on customer volumes. As a guide, we would expect earnings to be approximately £10–£20 per day, although this is not guaranteed and will depend on the number of customers contacted and reviews received. Requirements - Excellent spoken English with a clear, friendly telephone manner - Comfortable making outbound customer calls - Reliable and able to work independently - Basic spreadsheet/computer skills - Available during UK business hours We are still finalising the exact process, so there is scope to develop the role with the right person. We are looking for someone personable and dependable who would like regular, long-term ongoing work.

UK Accountant / Tax Adviser Needed
We are a four-person family business operating in the UK spray-painting industry, and we are currently looking for an accountant who could support us on an ongoing basis as the business continues to grow. Before deciding on a long-term working relationship, we would first like to arrange a consultation and receive professional advice regarding our current business structure and the best way to operate going forward. At present, each of the four family members is registered separately as self-employed/sole trader. However, in practice we work closely together under the same trading name. We share premises, equipment, websites and a quoting system, and we usually issue one quotation to the customer. Each person is responsible for a different part of the business and the work, including customer service, work management, preparation and spray-finishing. Payments are currently divided between us, with each person receiving and keeping payment relating to the work they personally carry out. Our main concern is to understand whether the way we have been operating up to now is legally and tax compliant, particularly as we work closely together as one family business while remaining separately registered as sole traders. The business is now expanding and we are planning to employ one or two additional people. Because of this, we feel this is the right time to review our structure properly. We would like advice on whether we should continue operating as separate sole traders or whether it would be more appropriate and tax-efficient to formalise the business as a partnership, LLP or limited company. We would therefore like an accountant with strong knowledge of the UK tax system to review our current setup, advise us on the most suitable structure for the future, and explain the tax, National Insurance and legal implications of each option. If we are happy with the advice and feel that we are a good fit, we would also be interested in establishing an ongoing relationship for accounting, tax and general business support.

Key Deliverables A steady pipeline of qualified tech-industry prospects with discovery calls booked each week Clean, accurate activity logging and pipeline tracking inside HubSpot Brief weekly summaries outlining lead activity, conversion ratios, and next actions Qualifications & Workflow Proven B2B Experience: Demonstrated track record of generating tech leads from scratch and managing consultative B2B relationships. B2B Telemarketing – Event Sponsor Lead Generation
ABOUT US Cyber Risk International (CRI.ie) is Platinum Sponsor of the European Digital Governance Summit (EDGS), hosted by the ICTTF.org International Cyber Threat Task Force at the Mansion House, Dublin on 25 November 2026 (digitalgovernance.eu). It is a one-day, invitation-led summit for senior leaders of organisations regulated under DORA and NIS2 — boards and management bodies, no sales pitches from the stage. We need an experienced B2B telemarketer or small agency to identify and qualify companies interested in sponsoring or partnering with the summit, and pass warm leads to our events manager. A limited number of sponsor and partner slots are available, so this campaign needs to start immediately and move quickly. THE WORK We supply a target list of companies — cybersecurity, GRC, legal, consulting and technology vendors that serve the financial services and regulated sectors. The list contains company names only; no contacts, emails or phone numbers. You build the contact list, identifying and reaching the right person at each company — typically the Head of Marketing, Events Manager, Partnerships or Business Development lead. Your job is to qualify interest, not close. When a company is interested, you email them the sponsor brochure from an ICTTF email address we provide, copying in our events manager, who follows up to arrange a call and take the sales conversation forward. Where a call doesn't connect, follow-up emails using our templates are fine. Success metric: number of qualified, interested companies who have received the brochure with our events manager copied in, plus a clean contact list handed back to us at the end. WHAT WE PROVIDE Target company list, sponsor brochure / partner prospectus, call brief and talking points, one-page summit overview, an ICTTF email address, email templates, and a weekly check-in. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Proven B2B telemarketing / lead-generation experience, ideally selling into or on behalf of the cybersecurity, technology or events sector. - Comfortable reaching marketing and partnership decision-makers and getting past gatekeepers. - Fluent, native-level English with a clear, professional telephone manner. Experience calling into the Irish and UK markets is strongly preferred. - Able to work Irish/UK business hours (GMT/IST). - Familiarity with the cybersecurity or financial services sector is a strong advantage but not essential — we will brief you fully. - Experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM) and clean, structured reporting. - GDPR-aware: contact sourcing and outreach must comply with GDPR and applicable e-privacy rules for B2B contact. Please describe in your proposal how you source contacts and stay compliant. REPORTING Weekly report in a shared spreadsheet or CRM: contacts identified, calls made, outcomes, brochures sent, follow-ups scheduled. All contact data gathered during the project belongs to CRI/ICTTF and is handed over in full on completion. COMMERCIALS We want to price this on output, not time. Please quote a fixed price for a batch of 100 target companies. - A "target" is one named decision-maker (marketing, events, partnerships or business development) at a company on our list. Building the named contact list from our company list is included in the batch price. - A target counts as "worked" once you have made a minimum of three call attempts on different days, plus one follow-up email where a call did not connect, and logged the outcome. - The batch is complete when all 100 targets have been worked and the contact list and outcome log have been handed over. - Please state the timeframe you would need to complete a batch of 100, and the number of qualified leads (brochure sent, events manager copied) you would expect from it. - We are open to a performance bonus per qualified lead on top of the batch price — suggest a structure in your proposal. If the first batch delivers, we will roll the contract on in further batches up to the event on 25 November 2026, so please indicate your capacity. Start: immediately (September 2026). IN YOUR PROPOSAL, PLEASE INCLUDE 1. Relevant experience — particularly outreach to marketing or partnership teams in the technology, cybersecurity or events sector. 2. How you source and verify contact details, and how you manage GDPR compliance. 3. Your price per batch of 100 target companies, the timeframe to complete it, and expected qualified leads. 4. A short voice sample or willingness to do a 10-minute call before we award the project. 5. Availability during Irish/UK business hours and earliest start date. Applications that clearly address the points above will be prioritised.

Freelancer Needed to Set Up "Book In Beautiful" System & Website for Beauty Salon Job Description: Hi there! I am a busy salon owner looking for a tech-savvy freelancer or virtual assistant to completely set up and configure my Book In Beautiful account from scratch. Cold call closer wanted. UK BASED ONLY. The product is already built and sitting on a server. We are Brand It! Midlands, a Leicester based branding, print, signage and web design company. Over the past few months we have built more than 400 complete demo websites for real UK businesses. Each one is a bespoke site, built for that specific company, using their own name, services, photos and content. They are live and ready to view right now. The businesses do not know they exist yet. That is the job. You call the business, tell them we have already built their website, send them the link while you are on the phone, and close the sale. Why this is not a normal cold calling gig There is nothing to imagine or visualise. The prospect looks at their finished website within thirty seconds of picking up. Every site is bespoke to that business, not a template with their logo dropped in. The price point is low enough to be a decision the owner makes on the call, not a board meeting. The list grows every week. We build new sites continuously, so you will never run out of numbers to call. No build work, no design work, no account management. You close it, we deliver it. The offer you are selling A complete, professionally built and hosted website for a small monthly fee plus a small one off setup charge. Full details and current pricing given at briefing. We handle the build, hosting, domain, edits and support. What we pay A flat fee of £XX for every sale you close, paid on the customer's first cleared payment. No cap. Close five in a day, we pay for five. There is no retainer and no hourly rate. This is commission only, so it suits someone who is confident on the phone and wants their earnings tied to their own results rather than their hours. What you get from us The full call list with business name, contact number, sector and the direct link to that business's finished website A call script and objection handling sheet Email and SMS templates to fire the link over mid call A simple form to log the sale, no CRM admin Direct access to the owners, not a middle manager Who we are looking for Proven outbound B2B telephone sales experience, ideally selling to small business owners and sole traders UK based, native or near native English, clear telephone manner Able to make a decent volume of calls in a session rather than a handful Your own phone system, headset and internet connection Comfortable working commission only Experience selling web design, digital marketing, print or advertising to SMEs is a big plus, but a strong closer from any B2B sector will do well here. To apply Do not send a generic proposal. Send me: What you have sold before, to whom, and roughly what volume How many outbound calls you would realistically make in a working day One line on how you would open the call given that we have already built their site I will send shortlisted applicants a link to one of the live demo sites so you can see exactly what you would be selling before you commit to anything.

Video Editor Needed – Ongoing CEO & Founder Interview Content We’re looking for a reliable video editor to help us turn recorded CEO and founder interviews into short-form video content, primarily for LinkedIn. This is not a complex video editing role. We’re looking for someone who can create clean, professional clips quickly and consistently, with the potential for regular ongoing work across multiple clients. What we do We interview CEOs, founders and senior business leaders using a set of pre-agreed questions. The interviews are recorded remotely and typically consist of me asking a question followed by the client giving their answer. We then want to turn the best answers into individual short-form video clips that can be posted on LinkedIn. What we need For each interview: * Review the recording and split it into individual clips based on each question/answer. * Remove unnecessary pauses, mistakes or dead space. * Where I appear asking the question, either: * remove me from the finished video and introduce the question using text/a static branded screen, or * use another simple editing approach that keeps the focus on the CEO/founder. * Add clean, accurate subtitles. * Add the client’s branding/logo where appropriate. * Keep the editing professional and suitable for B2B LinkedIn content. * Export each clip ready for us to upload to LinkedIn. We’re not looking for over-produced TikTok/Reels-style editing with constant animations and effects. The content should feel professional, natural and credible. Ongoing work This first project is for the first client we’ve sold this service to. However, we’re planning to roll this out across multiple clients, so we’re ideally looking for an editor we can work with on an ongoing basis. Once we’ve established the format, each new client should follow broadly the same editing process. When applying Please provide: 1. Examples of similar interview, podcast or talking-head content you’ve edited. 2. Your price for editing one complete interview into individual clips. 3. Approximately how many finished clips that price includes. 4. Your expected turnaround time. 5. Your ongoing price if we were sending you multiple client interviews every month. We’re particularly interested in establishing a simple fixed price per client/interview rather than negotiating every individual video. Please keep your quote straightforward – we’re looking for a long-term editor rather than a one-off project.
