Construction BDM (AEC) - 1 day a month Specialist Outreach

I’m looking to connect with an experienced, UK-based Construction/AEC business development professional with a strong existing network across the architecture and engineering sectors.

This is a small, focused freelance assignment rather than a traditional sales role. The objective is to secure a minimum of two warm introductory meetings with relevant prospective clients by December 2026.

I’m particularly interested in someone who understands the AEC sector, has an established network, and is comfortable opening senior-level conversations where there is a genuine fit.

The budget is £110 per day, with a maximum spend of £330 per month. I therefore envisage this being a light-touch assignment, focused on identifying and facilitating a small number of high-quality introductions rather than undertaking broader sales or business development activity.
