Social Media Content Creator & Manager Wanted – Sizzling Kitchen, Tadley
We’re looking for a creative, reliable social media person to help build and manage the online presence of Sizzling Kitchen, a local business based in Tadley, Hampshire.

At the moment, we have little to no presence on Instagram or TikTok, so there is a real opportunity for someone to come in and build this from the ground up.

What we’re looking for
We want someone who can take ownership of our social media and help us increase local awareness, enquiries and ultimately customers.
This would be a hands-on role, not just sitting behind a computer scheduling generic posts.

We’d like you to:
• Visit our business regularly to take high-quality photos and videos
• Capture our food, preparation, events, behind-the-scenes content and day-to-day business
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks and posts
• Set up and establish our Instagram and TikTok accounts properly
• Develop a consistent social media style and presence
• Post regularly and consistently
• Write captions and use appropriate local/relevant hashtags
• Help showcase what makes Sizzling Kitchen different
• Come up with creative content ideas rather than simply posting photos of food
• Help promote our services, events, menus and special offers
• Monitor engagement and suggest ways we can improve
• Ideally help grow our following locally around Tadley, Basingstoke, Reading and surrounding areas

The person
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Creative and confident with social media
• Comfortable taking photos and filming video on location
• Good at creating short-form video content
• Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
• Able to spot opportunities for interesting content
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Ideally has experience working with food, hospitality or local businesses
• Has examples of previous social media work they can show us
We’re not necessarily looking for a big agency. A talented individual or small team who can make a real difference to a local business would be ideal.

Location
Tadley, Hampshire
You will need to be able to visit us in person to create content, so please only apply if you are within a reasonable travelling distance.
What we want to achieve
We want to take Sizzling Kitchen from having virtually no Instagram/TikTok presence to having an active, professional and engaging online presence that people locally recognise.

Initially, we are looking for someone to help us get everything set up and then manage the content on an ongoing basis.
