Flutter Developer Needed: Build AC Survey App from Existing Source Code
Project Overview
I need an experienced Flutter developer to take my complete source code for a mini-split air conditioning site survey app and build it into a working Android APK that I can install on my phone and tablets.
Important: The app is already fully coded. I'm not asking you to write it from scratch. I need you to:

Review the code for any issues
2.
Build it into a working Android app (APK)
3.
Test it thoroughly
4.
Deliver the installable APK file
5.
Optionally help publish it to the Google Play Store
What I'll Provide
Complete Flutter source code (all screens, models, services, utilities)
List of all packages/dependencies used
Detailed feature list and workflow description
Access to answer any questions about the business logic
Prompt feedback during testing
What You'll Do
1. Code Review & Setup
Download and review all source code files
Set up the Flutter development environment
Run  flutter pub get  to install dependencies
Run  flutter pub run build_runner build  to generate Hive adapters
Fix any compilation errors or dependency conflicts
2. Build the Android App
Configure Android build settings (min SDK, target SDK, app name, package name)
Build a release APK (not debug)
Ensure the app runs smoothly on Android 8.0+ devices
Optimize APK size where reasonable
3. Testing
Install the APK on at least one physical Android device
Test the complete workflow:
Create a new survey
Fill in all fields (property details, electrical assessment, rooms, outdoor unit)
Take photos with the camera
Save the survey
Reopen and edit the saved survey
Generate and share the PDF report
Verify photos appear in the PDF
Test on different screen sizes if possible (phone and tablet)
Fix any bugs discovered during testing
4. Deliverables
Working APK file ready to install
Source code with any fixes you made
Brief documentation on how to install the APK
List of any changes you made to the original code
(Optional) Help publishing to Google Play Store

The app is a 4-step survey tool for UK air conditioning installers:
Step 1: Property Details
Customer name, address, postcode
Property type, construction era, wall type, glazing
Photo capture (property photos)
Step 2: Electrical Assessment
Main fuse rating (60A/80A/100A)
Consumer unit type
Toggles for EV charger, electric shower, heat pump, solar, battery
Live calculation of total electrical load
Warning if load exceeds 80% of main fuse capacity
Photo capture (consumer unit, meter)
Step 3: Room Survey
Add multiple rooms (repeatable)
For each room: dimensions, floor level, orientation, windows, insulation
Live BTU calculation per room
Recommended unit size (2.5kW, 3.5kW, 5kW, 7kW)
Photo capture per room
Step 4: Outdoor Unit & Compliance
Outdoor location, wall material, line-set length
Condensate route, noise notes
Compliance checkboxes (F-Gas, Part P, Part F)
Photo capture (outdoor location)
Summary Screen
Review all survey data
Generate professional PDF report with all data and photos embedded
Share via email, WhatsApp, etc.
Survey List
